Victoria's Secret faces significant challenges regarding product quality and customer service, with numerous customers expressing dissatisfaction over declining standards in their merchandise, particularly underwear and bras. Many reviews highlight issues with online orders, including delivery delays, incorrect items, and inadequate customer support, leading to frustration and a loss of loyalty. Despite some positive feedback on specific products, such as fragrances and customer service interactions, the overall sentiment reflects a growing discontent with the brand's reliability and responsiveness. To improve its reputation, the company must address these critical concerns and enhance the quality of its offerings.

Went in found what I needed. Waited to be helped for 20 minutes. I was told to look in the drawers for my size because the gal at the check out was taking care of a young lady that had just walked in. She was returning stuff to buy it again with a coupon. They did not have the size/color I needed. I needed to get back to work. I asked the girl if when things slowed down later if she could please look for these in the back and hold them until tomorrow. She said no I am sorry we can only hold things until tonight at close. You can just come back tomorrow maybe someone could help me then.
I don't know if the price or the selection is good, but as long as I keep buying the wife nice looking undergarments I would say I am still winning.
Never enough people at registers, stood in line at Pink today for 45 minutes & manager was rude & said the couldn't have any of the out front people help! Crazy, no customer service!
Outstanding personnel online and in the store. Their willingness to please all is quite extrodinary. They take suggestions and actually use them. They care about everyone feeling beautiful.
Whenever I purchase items from Victoria secret, I always know what to expect. They deliver the items in the expected time frame for shipping, most of the items are very true to size and it's always easy to make a return or exchange. Not once have I had issues with shopping at Victoria secret!
What can I say, I am a VS junky. I have never had a bad experience with them and the quality of there stuff is great.
Order from Vicki's all the time. Love the clothes, but can be overly-priced.
Everything I get here fits me perfectly. I simply love this store!
Online is the only way to get these in oz but postage is quicker than from most US sites. No six week waiting period. I got mine in 10 days. Perfect gift idea for your girlfriends boys. Something she won't see in stores in oz and something that says "I went the extra mile". Good prices compared to Aussie stuff. About the same but the quality is so much better.
Long time customer on line and in the stores. Beautiful merchandise... fun fun fun
The only place I will ever get my underwear, bras, or swimsuits. I love the PINK clothing as well. They have an amazing return system and they do exchanges if you receive something and it doesn't fit right. So amazing and such good quality items. I love it all!
I am a relatively bust woman and I needed a nice, simple strapless bra to wear with a formal dress. I got a fitting and spent $52 on a strapless bra. I was sorely(quite literally) disappointed. The band size was too small, the cup size was slightly too big, the bra did not say in place for more then five minutes, and it let deep indentations and bruises where it had plastic boning to keep it's shape. I would only ever get anything from here if I was a C-cup or smaller or I was wearing it to impress someone.
I find their stuff overpriced and not as nice quality as it use to be. I will likely reserve my bra shopping for La Senza when I am in Canada next.
If you are size 0, shop here. If you are anything above a 3, don't bother.
I went to get some "goodies" for my 10th anniversary trip. I am not a rich woman, but we have a good income... I saw those snooty salesgirls ignore women who were asking questions. Just because their jeans came from Walmart! (I overheard them talking and insulting the customers).
I looked everywhere for my size in a nice teddy and some panties... I was rudely told they Victoria's Secret does not make morning for "women your size"! Then she walked away! I did find a bra I like, went to the counter and got the same rude snotty attitude!
As soon as I hauled out my Luis Vatton wallet, her whole attitude changed! I made sure she rang it up, and did everything... then I told her I changed my mind and was going somewhere that caters to " women my size!". (Just for comparison, at that time I wore a size 8)
I AM NEVER GOING BACK AND HAVE TOLD EVERYONE I KNOW THE SAME THING!
VS is best when they have sakes twice a year. I say this because I used to work for the limited and they are owned by them. If you wait for the sales the underwear and body products are inexpensive. So instead of paying $8.00 for a pair of panties you can pay 4.00. Then towards the last days of the clearance sale those same panties are $2.00. All the body creams, body wash and lotion are really cheap too. This applies to Bath and Body too because if you wait after Christmas $20.00 candles will be $10.00 candles. Do yourself a favor save your money for the clearance sales.
Been going there or years and still the best selection of perfume and lingerie to come back home with and yeah... put a move on!
Got refitted here correctly... my quality of life has definitely improved.
Answer: It's scam and vs and pink aren't worth the money due to both brands extremely cheap bad quality products and they have extremely low online sales and in store sales too. Nobody guys their crap online or in stores and they have fake phony reviews on the vs and pink website, fake phony reviews lying about how "great" their crappy cheap bad quality products are. Those reviews on their website just written by company and employees, not by real actual people cuz nobody buys their crap.
Answer: No, not at all. It's all crap that's made in China, I'm assuming.
