I love Victoria's Secret and their products... but in the past few years I've found shopping on their site to be a total joke. There are so many rules about coupons... they don't let you combine coupons, you can't use promo codes on many items, it's hard to take advantage of free shipping codes because they often don't apply to some of your items. When you do pay for shipping, it's very expensive, usually more than other sites charge. I used to love to shop their clearance but it's hardly ever worth it now after shipping. Many items are sold out or backordered. I've had much better luck shopping in store, although there are still many rules about qualifying purchases for coupons.

Panties are good, nothing else ever fits right. Ordering online is a scam, most other websites give free shipping for ordering more. If you want to take advantage of one of their other sales, or they don't have a free shipping coupon out when you order, it's ridiculous. Tiny nightgowns and women's underwear don't weigh that much, so why do they charge so much more for ordering expensive stuff? It makes no sense. Plus, they don't even put it in a box, it's all shipped in thin plastic bags with no protection. No thanks.

I purchased a $30 gift card as a Xmas gift. When the recipient went to use it, the cashier told her there was nothing on the gift card. We called the customer service line as instructed and we're told the gift card had been used for an order that had been placed online. Problem is, it was not the gift card recipient that placed any online orders!. Customer service then said there was nothing they could do. We went back to the store with the receipt from the original purchase and again were told there was nothing on the gift card. They admitted they have been having problems with gift card numbers being stolen and used. But again, nothing they can do. I WILL NOT BUY FROM VS AGAIN!
