I love the products but always have to look around and leave. I am 34/DDD and have to admit that VS don't have sizes for all. But great product a bit expensive.
I decided to return ordered goods. I sent the package on the correct address - I checked it 3 times. Apparently there was nobody in the return center in France when they tried to deliver it, so it anded in package shop. VS's eShopWorld Shop customer service didn't at all want to help with getting the package, although it was their foult it couldn't been delivered. I provided them all tracking number and all necessary information and they just didn't care at all!
Victoria's Secret is one of my favorite stores, and I always buy items between the stores and online. Last time I bought a bra for my GF. Their customer service was awesome as always!
We went to the Charlottesville VS and the store was a complete wreck, nobody asked us if we needed help and the floors were littered with garbage.
What can I say? They have the best female stuff. They are my go-to for gifts to my girlfriend. I almost always make an effort when it comes to gifts for special occasions like birthdays, valentines, etc. But on ordinary days, I either go for flowers or buy her something extra sexy and special at Victoria's secret. My gf said she now has a collection of VS goodies, from lingerie, to perfume, and lately her workout clothes.
Love the various scented perfume. Never expected they really had a good products since it always has a various advertisement.
Rates are high but quality they provide is quite good. I like their deals.

Everything is excellent when you buy here online. The product is quality, the mail out is fast. You will not be dissappointed. Just make sure you check with their sizing chart. Some items fit different.
I have been shopping at Victoria's secret for many years. Most people think that it's just a lingerie store. That is false, if you go to the website or look at a catalog you would be very surprised. They sell beauty products, clothing, shoes, accessories, and much more. I am a petite woman and it is very hard to find clothing my size. I love VS because they have all sizes for all women. Victoria secrets also always has great sales and specials. Thank you Victoria's secret for providing all sizes for women. Kudos, please continue to provide excellent sales and service!

Victoria Secret offers the cheapest scents and they give you the bags and tissue paper for that special gift; you cannot beat them or those ama ing scents.
Angel card stays warm. Swimsuits fit just like bras making sizing a snap.
Have the best bras and staff last so long, other then lace items
I love victorias secret and I order from them online often. Thier customer service is impeccable and thier delivery is always timely, often times arriving days before it has been guaranteed to be here. What more can I say? They're amazing! Highly recommended! I might add though that they ARE quite pricey which I would say is the only downside, but I have an angel card so I do get awesome deals and discounts. It's way worth it!
I ordered 8 panties from VS and waited for them to come, after 2 weeks of waiting I wrote them them and it turns out they couldn't deliver it to my address and they didn't contact me about it. I wrote them and they send the shipment again. I waited additionally one week and when the shipment came, it was missing 3 panties and they had send one pair that I did not order. I went to the VS online chat and chatted with Eboni that would sent the 3 missing panties. She required me to return the wrongly send panties.
I know there is a return label, but I still have to buy an envelope and use my time because of their mistake. I use my time and money on their mistake.
That being said, I love their products but this whole process is pissing me off!
Vs/pink is a good store to get comftrable, and fashionable shirts and pants. It is overpriced but it will be totally worth it. Very nice designs and colors, great service if your looking for comfy nice clothes pink is your place.
