Delivery service is totally unprofessional. I ordered 3 packages in different timelines for delivery in Germany, none of them arrived. They were sent back to the sender after sitting for almost 1 month in France.
Although I asked constantly on what the reason for delay is and later why they were sent back without notifcation, there was no explanation. Service is frustrating and unreliable.
Never had such an experience before with any other company. Totally dissappointed!

This is my favourite lingerie brand. Best in daily wearing, feel very comfortable

They put all their money into models, photo shoots, and advertising instead of quality clothing.
Also, do you really appreciate the 10 foot photos of seductive-looking women as you walk through the mall. They are sexualizing women and making it seem like that is a woman's worth, to be sexy, and that is the purpose of the breast, to seduce males. That is not the purpose of the breast or the woman's body or the woman.
Also they put these sexualized images on commercials and fashion shows on national television. So say you are watching tv with your dad or with your children, then all of a sudden, bam, there's a woman in her bra prancing and staring seductively at you. I do not want that. I would rather support an underwear company that doesn't do that, and that actually has comfortable products.
Victoria's Secret is NOT sexy, high quality, or ethical.

Ordered over 170$ at Victoria's Secret.com., Because I like to get combo -multicolored travel bag ( if you spend 160$) I make order first days of the promotions period. The package came without bonus travel multicolored combo missing - just note discontinued of the order. Then I called to have them send - and they dint have anymore. Maybe they were hoping I wouldn't notice? In exchange for the $80.00 (free with my $160.00 purchase) value bag they offered me a free 20$ coupons! Really? And said there is nothing they could do. I will have to cross them permanently off my list of stores I shop at because I cant risk being stuck with no good solution. DO NOT ORDER ON LINE FOR GOOD PROMO GIFTS!

I wonder how I can find a good - sexy - stuff online, then my husband really try to order a pair of bikini here. He got taste. Love the sevice

Ordered $150 worth of stuff about a month ago and still haven't received it. Called the company three times and never received any reason behind this. I wasn't able to use their online tracker anymore, even though when I first ordered I could. Finally they resent my things- but of course I had to order a different bra because naturally the one I originally wanted was no longer available. I still haven't received the package and I'm considering just asking for a refund and finding somewhere else to buy bras. Do not recommend buying online.
