I am a long time shopper of Victoria Secrets, I believe 20 years now. It used to be a high quality company that catered to all women. Their tops, bottoms, dresses and intimate wear were all good quality and there was a wonderful selection. In the past few years VS has changed from a tasteful, sexy inventory to a cheaply made (most items made in China of very thin fabric), limited selection inventory. Has anyone else noticed the website and catalogue is now focused on the teenie-bopper population? The selection of bra colors has been drastically reduced and most of the casual wear is cheaply made and embellished.
No longer can a mature, professional woman purchase from VS and get the quality of the past. Perhaps that was their marketing goal: to attract young teens and lose their mature population. We like to look and feel sexy too, but we do that in style. I miss the VS of the past. Perhaps they should consider line for those of us over 20!

I MISS THE CLOTHING LINE... I was an AVID shopper of theirs. I used to love getting their magazines in the mail... now I get nuthing. Or barely any... I still love them. But its not the same without the sexy office wear and out and about wear. DAMN I miss that... VICTORIA S... please bring it back. A girl needs more than sexy lounge wear and undies. Lol BUT THE SITE IS GREAT THO as well as in the store. I have a millioin and one items from them. And the shoes... omg. NO WORDS except hot hot hottttt when they used to have the real sexxy ones... Especially Collin Stuart... ooooo. Lol

So in December I purchased the seamless underwear and thongs. Over the next 2 months i bought a total of 38 pairs and out of the 38 pairs I had 7 of them rip in the vagina area. I went back to the store and I was told I could get a full swap out for these. When it came time to return them I brought them in to the manager at VS and she said she would only swap out 1 pair. I told her how many I have bought and I am a VERY loyal VS member. She gave me a lot of attitude and replied,"things aren't meant to last forever" in a very degrading tone. I then replied if i am paying $12 for a pair of underwear they should last more then 6 months. She repeated her snarky comment while swapping the one thong. A majority of the time they are so rude and act like they are so much better then you. They need to get the pole out of their $#*! and be nice to the customer if they are paying $12 for a pair of underwear and $60 on a bra. Its ridiculous.

I love that Victoria's secret changes their bra and panty fashions by season, I love their products! It's easy to find things on the website and they only e-mail to notify you of sales. Customer service is great for returns. I've only had to return something once, because I accidentally ordered the wrong size. No flaw on their part.

My only issue is that they carry bras up to size 38DD but do not carry pants up to size 18. A woman with a 38 inch ribcage is probably going to wear at least that size. I wish they'd cater to all sizes in their clothing section because although I am a "normal sized" woman I have agreed to boycott all stores that do not sell plus sizes. It's not fair that I can buy something that is made unavailable to another woman because of her size.

I've been a faithful customer for ten years. However the last 2years I've seen a terrible turn. Last year, everytime I ordered enough to qualify for a free product(which us why I ordered in the first place)they were out. Now I ordered $400worth of merchandise, returned 3pair of phs vecuz of the poor quality, and do u know what I was refunded?$7.48! Off $150worth of returns! Msg me for proof! Its all the name.it has become a, ripoff
