The bargain shopper in me balks at the prices of many of the items and I don't really buy undergarments from the site. If I need one, I'll try it on in store. But, the PINK line of athleisure wear has always been good quality for my step-daughter and she loves the yoga pants and sweatshirts! Sign up for e-mails and birthday gifts - sales alerts are invaluable if you decide to buy or are a regular shopper. I've been buying clothing from VS for 20 years and they have never failed to send quality products, sized in a pretty standard woman's sizing. Shoes have always been great too. Customer service has never failed me in the few instances I've needed them. All around a really good site!
I love VIctoria Secret and the style of clothing, intimates and perfume collection. The Angles line is amazing and can redefine how your body looks.
Most of the items I've purchased have fit perfectly, however every once and a while an item doesn't fit well for all day wear. They are really good about returns or exchanges though, so I thought it fit in the store, but after a wearing it at home (only for like an hour or two, don't want to ruin the bra if I return it) and it doesn't fit, they allow you to return no problem. The quality is better on the more expensive bras. The "Pink" bra that I purchased, the wire popped through in the center on the left cup after only 3 months (this has happed with the multi-way and the Wear Everywhere), and I'm not a full bust, so it's not like the bra couldn't handle what was in there! Haha... anyway, all in all good, but sometimes you spend 40 bucks and you need to replace the bra in a few months (again, only with the Pink bras has that ever happened to me).
They have nice clothes but many times overpriced so it is better to wait for their sales which usually make the purchase more worthwhile. They are god with returns. Thankfully they do have plenty of sales. The models need to look more human because just a handful of people look like the girls they use to represent their image.

I have bras from high school 7 years ago that are still holding up somehow. -1 for price ugh. Bathing suits are always amazing as always too.
What is going on with the panties? Everytime i buy panties shortly after the lace ones rip, and even though the cotton ones last a little longer they don't last as long as they used to they eventually rip too. I wash all my clothes in gentle cycle so can't be my washer ruining them. The lace worse are the worst! Must use the cheapest lace there is! Won't waste my money on them anymore.
... however I absolutely LOVE the men's cologne "Sexy". Women love it's fragrance on me!

Victoria's Secret is well known for their lingerie, but did you know that they sell great gym clothes?! Comfortable and cute. Love the gym clothes. They are functional. I think they fit as well as LuLu Lemon gym wear, but they're cheaper.
My credit card was stolen and it was used up to it's limit. A police report was made. Even though their legal response is easy to find they keep refuse to honor my claim, won't refund the unlawful charges and verbally claim that my claims are fraudulant
