Ladies at customer service have always been great about giving me refunds when prices drop after a purchase. I have never had to return anything, but I do not think it would be a hassle. My only complaint is that clothing is a little big for average height, but it helps a little that they have 3 lengths of pants!
I have been complaining for years Yeah they got it Price wise extremely high so they chase their customers to EBay but their dresses and leggings are finally a Sista's friend and I can't stop ordering! I guess it too white girls to pay for what our mama's gave us but never the less I love the clothes They Fit the butt!
I am very disappointed with VS. they had a sale from at 9-11pm, but when the clock striked 9, the website went down, they put up a 800 number which wasn't helpful, all they said was call or try later the system crashed. It is 10:46pm and the site and 800 number is not working, I'm a verry disappointed customer
When you think of VS you think of skimpy outfits and lingerie. But the casual stuff is extremely comfortable. At first out of the box it seems flimsy and cheap but my wife loves this stuff for relaxing around the house. I have bought it for years. She wears it until it is thread bare.
Most of its products are now made in China or other countries, it's quality is really poor now, although the prices are still high
Hello I brought a bottle of parfum which cost me £50 from Manchester airport when I got it home from my holidays the bottle has leaked in the box and the bottle was empty. So you then have to phone America, for them to tell you there is nothing they can do! And they will not replace or refund my money... So I will never buy from this company again they told me to take it back to the airport. I told them you can not get into duty free unless you have a boarding pass as I have already been on holiday I don't have one. So I can not get into the airport... So rubbish customer service I have ever known
I've never shopped here. Neither has my wife.:(
But seriously, it really deserves 5 stars just for existing.

Victoria's Secret isn't the cheapest store out there for us woman to purchase some sexy clothing and lingeries. But you cannot put a price on looking sexy, right?
They happen to sell some great lingere and all, but what some people don't know is that they do have a section that is resonable "cheap" and it also includes free shipping, along with an awesome return policy. Well, so I am reviewing this website because I believe that this is an awesome and amazing, just all around a great place to buy purfume, and lingerie, and I'am putting this website in my favorite stores list for sexy lingeries.:-)

What to be super sexy for your man this is the store and their clothes are sexy too.
Sadly they have next to nothing for plus sizes. I wish they would do something about this issue. Plus size women shouldn't be discriminated against just because there's more to love.
