The whole treatment was done so well. Louise made sure that I was comfortable, explained everything clearly. She was very encouraging and it was over quickly with minimal discomfort. I'm already seeing results and would recommend it to everyone! Thanks guys

All the girls in the Fitzrovia clinic are really kind and helpful, and Jade who does my laser hair removal is lovely and very professional. Im also already seeing results after just one session!

Aisha is a very kind and compassionate person who looks for the most effective treatments for your skin type with a real passion for her work. A* treatment.
Dee is an extremely friendly and upbeat character who will go out her way to get you comfortable and relaxed. A* treatment.
Treatments still on going for acne prone/scarred skin. Happy with progress and treatments are well explained and include detailed aftercare instructions.
All the girls are so friendly. Pam is really nice at reception and kemmi who does my laser is amazing too she is very patient and i feel at ease with her
Therapist Dee explains the process in detail and is very experienced. She takes time to provide the treatment.
I feel fortunate to not only have discovered a range of effective treatments at VGmedispa but for them to have been carried out by Sobhna. Her knowledge & expertise is second to none & her character is pure sunshine! Ive enjoyed a course of ALMA HARMONY XL & following a highly informative consultation & successful patch test; I was more than happy to put myself into the professional, safe hands of Sobhna again for CLEARLIFT. Im thoroughly enjoying both the treatments & results of the Skin Peels & Toskani. Just had my second treatment of Toskani skin peel at there Richmond branch. My consultants name is Sobhna. My face feels so soft and fresh. I am in the middle of a 6 coarse plan. Would recommend Sobhna and the treatment. Will review again on finishing my coarse hopefully with a more youthful face.

Just had my first laser hair removal session and jasmine was amazing! I was so nervous about having to strip naked in front of a complete stranger however Jasmine made me feel so comfortable! Not to mention that it didn't even take 20 minutes! I would definitely recommend having your laser hair removal there and especially with Jasmine. Absolutely pleased with my experience!

I'm still going through my several beauty treatments & so far I'm seeing amazing results!. I really can't wait to see the finish result & feel confident & comfortable in my own skin. My beauty therapist named Nisha has been so informative, always helpful & supportive since I started my treatments. I have been having laser for some years now. Over the past year I have been attending VGmedispa in Manchester.
By far one of the best clinic I have attended. The staff and knowledge they carry about all the services the clinic provide is commendable. I have learnt a lot about laser myself. I have to travel 1 hr to get to the clinic but it is so worth it.
BIG shout out to Ayesha and Dee for always taking care of me and my mum who also attends. You make our journey worth it!

I email to inquire about hair removal They called enthusiastically, manage to get payment from me and book my appointment without asking me if that time was suitable for me or not and they told me that I could call or email to change the time later. They scheduled my appointment to late feb. When I emailed to ask for change for an appointment, they replied very rudely by stating:"It is sooo busy the diary is changing all the time please call us today..."
Seriously, the attitude I can see from the wordings, especially the 'sooo', is really inappropriate and not professional at all. Don't do business there if you don't want to have a bad day by rude staff, extremely not friendly.

I have decent been attending appointments with Sian, Chloe and Lucy. At Poole branch. The service have received has been very professional and well taught. There hasnt been any part of my journey where I havent felt confident with the treatments and staff. Thanks girls youve all been extremely helpful!
