I have been to VGMEDISPA for my first session for laser hair removal treatment. I met Louise who was in charge of my session and I absolutely enjoyed the whole experience. As being new to laser hair removal treatments I was a bit nervous but Louise was very friendly and explained me everything I needed to know and talked to me throughout the whole session, made me feel relaxed and comfortable and made sure I was alright during the treatment. The whole team at VGMEDISPA is just amazing they are all friendly, polite and take care of you like a friend in a professional manner, give you all the necessary information regarding not only the treatment but also on how to take care the skin and what to do and what to avoid. Thank you VGMEDISPA and thank you so much Louise.
In the start I was thinking it is very good but after a long time treatment I have realised the I did I very big mistake I have a regret why I went there because even after 20 sessions there is no difference even I have more hair on my face then before starting the treatment. I m very disappointed

All the staff at the Manchester salon are amazing - friendly, efficient and I'm never kept waiting. They are always quick and great at what they do. Dee (Therapist) and Aisha (Reception) are absolutely delightful. I've been going to this salon for a couple of years having various treatments and always found them to be lovely.

I went into the Percy St salon in London. I cant even be bothered to go into what happened. I didnt actually get round to a treatment as the reception staff were so rude. Reading other people's reviews on here and other sites, I agree. Whenever there's a negative review, its followed up straight away with a 5 star positive one and always written the same. "name"... ie... Dee, at "this salon. Ie: Manchester etc, is brilliant. How many staff do they employ to write these! Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere. No idea how this place exists!

Our staff in customer services are given guidelines to follow so that they can manage client expectations in regards to the treatments purchased either directly or via third parties such as Groupon and Wowcher.
As far as the claims of fake reviews, all reviews are made by customers who have visited our clinics in the past and they were either satisfied with the experience or not. Dee is one of our lovely therapists in our Manchester clinic and, as you can see from the client reviews, she does an outstanding job. I've had a few sessions here already (as part of a laser package) and I've really liked Candice. This is not the first time I'm getting laser done so I understand how the process works, but my previous visits to VGMedispa has left me a little uncomfortable as a few therapists really push you to buy other packages (and one even exclaimed how ridiculous I would look if I didn't get something else done...) and talk down to you about the process. Candice was very friendly and it didn't seem like she had a sales motive. She was different - the right balance between professional and friendly. I've even requested for my future sessions to only be with her!

I had the pleasure of having Dee today at the Manchester branch. She made me feel very comfortable and explained the whole process in detail. I even bought more services, excellent service by staff and treatment. I would recommend for laser and tattoo removal so far, but I am sure i will by buying more treatments.

Terrible experience. Please note that all positive reviews here are clearly written by the same person. All state an employee name and that that person is the best.
On arrival they were extremely rude and said I didn't have the appointment I knew I had. WHen I said I knew I had the right date and time, she said "people always say that". Then she discovered I was actually right. But no apology. Whole appointment was very rushed. They obviously forgot my appointment. Treatment did not work. Waste of time and money. Unfriendly. Staff. FAKE REVIEWS

Absolutely loved the staff in Bristol my therapist Sophie is amazing after coming in for a groupon I purchased extra treatments and the results have been fantastic.
Sophie is not just friendly and approachable but very talented! Can not wait for my next treatment!

I have been coming to VG for some time now having treatment for a nail fungal infection...
This was the first time Nisha has treated me and I want to say that she was excellent
She spent much longer on the treatment... informed me clearly the status of the infection and gave great advice and I thought that the service with her was excellent
The level of professionalism at VG... is always good I feel... but Nisha raised the bar

Cancelled appointment 3 times with different excuses. Can't get my money back. Will have to take them to court. Terrible service, low quality of equipment and staff experience.

I've been going to this clinic for a good while now, and I have to say that Therapist Dee is the most lovely and genuine person. She makes you want to go back for more treatment largely based on the fact of how understanding, professional and caring she is. I have never once felt uncomfortable there, even in my first session she knew exactly how to calm my nerves and make it a more comfortable atmosphere. I would highly recommend this clinic, once you start you won't want to stop! :)

I've had 3 sessions of Soprano Ice Laser Hair Removal and it's amazing! It's quick and easy and not painful and I am already noticing good results. Sobhna is a great therapist, really helpful and friendly.
I thoroughly recommend the treatment, the spa and Sobhna.
