This company has caused me nothing but stress.

First the customer service I received was beyond unprofessional and unacceptable.
Then the treatments I have received were so rush, you are covered in so much gel and I felt absolutely nothing!
I've had laser hair removal in the past and it was very successful, so I know if done correctly and on the right setting, I get results.
Don't think about having any privacy to get changed, as they have to rush you through to get the next customer in!
I have not only had NO HAIR REDUCTION BUT NOW HAVE MORE HAIR THAN WHEN I BEGAN!
You can NEVER get an appointment, and I mean never. You have to wait up to 4 months and they never have a time that suits you.
I wish I had never seen the Groupon voucher for this salon and done my research.

I am now out of pocket, have nothing to show for my money and will now have to get the areas redone at another salon.
My best advice to anyone is... Please stay away from this place, it's a total scam and they don't care about customers.
Please spend your hard earn money at a salon who values their customers and gets you results!

I attended the Richmond branch and can say Ive never experienced such in professionalism in my life.
Firstly, the receptionist there was rude.
Secondly, Sobhna (the last who does the laser) constantly tried pushing more deals down my throat. I have bad bouts of acne due to food intolerances / IBD and to be told this can be cured from a treatment is just so annoying. She would always say to me but this deal is only for today, EVERYTIME I went there.
It made me feel incredibly conscious as she kept commenting on my acne every time I saw her. It took a lot of courage for me to go and get laser given the condition of my skin and the stigma around it when it comes to high end cosmetic treatments. She completely knocked me down again. I had to cancel my laser treatment there as I physically couldnt face her again.
Plus she goes over the lasered areas so quickly and insists shes gone over everything area when she hasnt. They also added additional costs to the original treatment which they fail to mention until youre there.
Despicable. Will never go there again and have told my peers to never give them any business

I paid £400 for leg and underarm hair removal laser treatment. I have had a patch test from another, more expensive and more professional clinic, which showed more results and was done with more care than the full five treatments I received from VGMedispa.
Every treatment here was rushed, not thorough and, as a result, I have after 5 treatments no joy in hair reduction.
I had to stop the treatments for the summer so the last 6th treatment I paid for will have to be done in the autumn because, apparently, treated area can't be exposed to the sun 6 weeks before and 6 weeks after each treatment. Obviously not possible in the summer!
I started my treatments in October last year, now, in May, I realised that a bit of a warning and planning from VGMedispa could have been done so that to schedule in all 6 treatments in one winter.

My impression is that they don't do the job properly so that to continue taking money for more treatments. Full leg laser should take at least an hour to treat in each session, not the 5 mins this clinic does it in! When I pointed that out the girl got really rude with me.

I would recommend the branch in Birmingham city centre this place is clean and a nice place. But when I say recommend I would recommend staff member Laura she did my laser hair removal. She is a very patient and a amazing individual to get treatment done by. My first session was good as I was getting it done by Laura. She talked me through what she would do and kept on asking me if I was ok and comfortable. She cleaned and removed all the gel of my body after treatment and used wet wipes so I didnt feel sticky. She informed me of aftercare also. My second session was very disappointing as I was handed over to a trainee and felt uncomfortable and didnt feel like my treatment was of any importance. A few days into my treatment I noticed on my second session I hadnt had a full treatment as many areas which I had paid for were missed. And I mean completely missed. I called up the clinic and spoke to the manager. She was very understanding and gave me a free session and took notes of my disappointment. And handed me back over to Laura. Who will be carrying out my remaining sessions. Thank god. Service which is provided is good if you get the right person to carry it out. No trainees... I would totally recommend you ask for an experienced person. And if in the Birmingham clinic then definitely ask for no other than Laura. And have your treatment and what you will be getting noted down. I give the clinic a 5 star thanks to Laura. She is brilliant at her job also to manager Pam for how she handled my concerns and disappointment. Todays treatment went excellent once again Laura.

I had 2 sessions in VGMedispa Richmond in the first session the girl that was doing my treatment was not that much polite and she was trying to sell more session rather than doing her job properly, I had a deal with herself but on the first session she denied about some areas and she said that I have to pay more, she did my session in 29 minutes while I did 6 session in Birmingham VGMedispa and average was 45 minutes. My second session was with Rosie she did the best treatment I have ever had she was so professional and friendly and I wish my future sessions would be with her. All the star I gave to this center is only for Rosie and 2 star that I did not give is because of my first session and I think her name was Natasha but I am not sure.

I used Manchester clinic for laser hair removal, it was my worst ever experience as staff did not know what they are doing, they just try get more business by pushing you buy more sessions rather than focusing on actual treatment. For 1st three sessions I was treated by three different staffs and for last three session I was treated by a lady called Dee on my complain she was not good either but better than 1st three. In every session they took 5 minutes to treat my upper body and 15 minutes to convince me buy more sessions. Would not recommend to anyone Don't waste your money.

I regularly visit VGMedispa in Birmingham, however recently had an appointment with Kemmi and she is amazing. She listens to the concerns I have with hair growth and focuses on the area. She is always very pleasant and kind. She is a definitely by far one of the best staff members VGMedispa have at Birmingham.
