I have never ever experienced such an appalling service, treatments are done in such a poor way so you've got to come back and buy more! For how long vgmedispa has been doing this? How can they be still trading? How can Groupon advertise them? I have no explanation! Botox lasts 1 month, laser hair removal don't work, at all! You won't lose one hair, annoying staff trying to sell more and more treatments. Worse than abysmal!
Please avoid, booked through Groupon paid upfront and had to call 100 times to get an appointment, had to deal with rude staff and the treatment was a disaster! They refuse to refund, i´ll take them to court, please avoid like the plague

Absolutely lovely staff! Always feel welcomed and always kept up to date with the offers! I've been coming here for over a year now and I have had a lot of different treatments including fillers and Botox. Karen is always friendly. My usual therapist is Becky who is very efficient and always feel like she has done a thorough job. So thank you ladies for being so great! Definately recommend this place!

I go to the birmingham clinic and have never had a bad visit. Absolutely lovely therapists and management. They take their time and are always friendly. I have recommended some of my friends here for the laser. Can't wait to try the skin peel I have bought.

Absolute scam! £215 has been taken from my account for 4 laser nail treatments and first appointment set for 19th July. I was then called on the very same day and my appointment was cancelled as allegedly the laser machine broke. I then had to chase repeatedly to have more info and reschedule appointment. After lots of contradicting information and being called "darling"by people I never spoke to in my life, I was told the earliest they could fit me is 10th August. When I asked my money back, they said they could not give me my money back! I am now seeking legal advise

I visit the London branch and have done for a while and have never been disappointed by the service. They have had staffing problems but the girls there are great and do everything they can to make you feel comfortable. I recommend to everyone and look forward to coming in and seeing the great results i am getting

I have been having treatments with birmingham clinic for a while. I have never had a bad experience and i think if you are aware of the polices and terms and conditions you will not have any problems. I have had different therapists but have always felt comfortable. The reception staff are always polite when they rebook my appointment and always tell me about the latest offers. I am having some good results on my legs and bikini

You cancel an appointment once because you genuinely can't make it and then they do their utmost to tell you they can't book you in until 3 months time for a treatment that takes 5minutes! Rediculous! All they want to do is sell you everything you don't want, take all your money and then proceed not to have any booking appointments for you... Every time I've been in there, there's no customers just staff on those phones!

I went for my patch test, staff and Manager were very friendly and spoke about the treatment I am having and went through other treatments I could have.
My therapist was very informative and made me feel at ease and I went away with all the information I needed for my laser hair removal, I will see how my legs get on and will look at having other areas done.
Can't wait for my first session!

I wish i read this reviews before! I paid for a laser hair removal that DONT WORK what a CON this company is! All the hair grows back after 8 sessions, don't waste your money!

Read a lot of the reviews on here before I decided to take the plunge and was concerned that the Laser Hair Removal was being slated so did some research on the machines they use and they are really expensive and recommended by doctors so went with it and got treated in Bristol. Well the results are great and the girls are fabulous - so professional and friendly. Only thing was that the premises could have been nicer as they share it with a salon but apparently they are moving to a really nice clinic. I can't recommend this company enough - the deals are cheap but you still get treated like a really important customer and the treatment I had showed fantastic results

Please everyone be aware that laser doesn´t work, i´ve bought 8 sessions and was convinced by their annoying and persistent staff of buying 2 more, in total 10 sessions, I´ve got the same exact hair after 2 month. This is outrageous and a scam, they don´t even have a phone number for that "head office" that I doubt even exists.
I have been to so many different clinics and I must say The service at Vg medi spa is spot on, good customer service, friendly staff and the treatments that they offer are brilliant would recommend it to all my friends and family

I came to vgmedispa with a groupon voucher for laser and have ended up having my whole body done with them! The prices area amazing and the girls are great and so accommodating i always feel at ease and look forward to a catch up with them everytime i am in!
