The staff here are abrupt, rude and have so much attitude! They treat customers like dirt! Especially when we're the ones paying their wages we should expect a bit of respect! Percy Street VGMediSpa is the worst with a really rude therapist called Kirsty! They need training! AVOID under all circumstances! They will find ways to con you and find excuses to book more appointments with them especially when nothing is even wrong! The worst place to go for laser treatment! Never again! Groupon need to stop doing business with this company! Absolutely disgusted!

Very poor service. I have spent a lot of time trying to contact them, with no success. They never get back to me when I leave a voice mail or send an email. What I want to discuss is the inconvenience they have caused by changing time to my appointment or cancel it. That has happened twice... two out of two prescedhuled appointments! As a result I haven't had my first treatment yet! If they fail to get back to me again I will have to chase it up further... :(

They use nothing short of bullying tactics to make you feel you have to purchase additional products and the service is absolutely appalling, untrained staff giving advice on medical procedures. Want to complain about the service, don't bother, they won't respond to you and when they eventually do they provide you with an address to write to to formally lodge a complaint. I wote to the head office 3 weeks ago, still no reply. This company should be forcefully shut down for unfair practice. DO NOT VISIT this company!

I have been comeing to vg medispa for laser hair removal for about 6 months got good results from laser. It is quick so i can come at lunch time. Would reccomend! Thanks!

Unfortunately did not see the reviews before I booked! I would put 0 stars if I could.
The stuff is so rude and unfriendly, I had the worst experience ever with a girl from Lithuanian (can't remember her name) but I wanted to cry when I left.
Last Saturday was 10 minutes later because of a tube problem that I can proof and I missed my appointment so I will have 5 instead of 6 although I have paid for 6 and not for 5.
Btw this Saturday I waited 2 hours in case someone can take me when the treatment time I had tonight was for not more than 10 min

I went to VG Medispa in Richmond on 17th May for a Glycolicskin peel with consultation. I arrived to an empty place with a single desk and chair. It looked as though they were still moving in. The consultation did not happen. I was given an i-pad to answer some multi purpose questions (maybe that was it). I was taken into an empty room save for a couch. The lady put what was just like water on my face and covered my eyes with cotton pads. She left the room and then came back and took the pads off. Dried my face with dry pads and then put on what she said was sun cream. I never felt a thing, having looked on other sites and now had the same treatment elsewhere. I know that they did not put anything on my face. It is just a big con. Further evidence of this is my skin looked no different and now I have had an actual Glycolic Peel it looks and felt really different on the first day, even after the first hour! I was sent a link to give a review, however after giving a negative review it would not upload! Perhaps coincidence, perhaps further fix! We will never know.

I took up a Groupon offer and unfortunately wish I hadn't as the customer service is appalling. The manager at the Birmingham branch is rude, confrontational and aggressive. I turned up to my appointment completely unaware that they had cancelled it, without notification, simply because I put in a formal complaint about their customer service. They then threatened to stop me from having my remaining treatment sessions without giving a refund, when I questioned why my appointment was cancelled. There is no way of contacting Head Office directly so you can't escalate the complaint beyond the manager of the branch which of course is ridiculous as it means there is no accountability for the behaviour of the staff at the branch. Basically they take your money and have no interest in providing a good service.

Avoid this company - all they want is your money!
