Never received the order. Contacted them multiple times. Got one response of "it must be lost, we don't have any control over that". Now I have multiple fraudulent charges to my account.
I ordered this as a Christmas present and at first was really concerned with how light the box was that it came in. However, my daughter was not dissapointed in this foot spa! It was very lightweight but was not flimsy like I was worried it may be. The heating function takes a little while to warm the water but once it does it keeps its temperature really well and can be adjusted to get pretty hot. The bubble function is not like a roaring amount of bubbles but it is a nice relaxing touch. So far there has been no issues regarding build up from soaks added to the water, but she does give it a rinse after use so that may help.
I emailed them about my heating vest purchase that didn't work and was faulty, they said I would have to pay for the return shipping plus a restock fee. Or they would give me 15% refund and keep the rest!
DO NOT BUY FROMT THIS COMPANY! PLUS the Vest was very cheaply made and it still cost me $50

Run do not walk. The reason you are reading these reviews is to determine whether or not they a re a reputable business. They are not. Ordered a medium and they sent a large. Will not let me escalate this over there answering service who keeps you on hold long enough for you to get disgusted and hang up. That is their tactic. I DO NOT RECOMMEND...
Got my bank account compromised, and I KNOW it was them because both time there were fraudulent purchases, it was to one of their subsidiaries lol.
Also, the dog toy I ordered was not a dog toy when it arrived? My dog still likes it, but the box said it was supposed to be used as a MOP. And, they lied about the contents. I paid for four balls. I got one ball and four COVERS.
Do not order.
I bought a cheaply-made product and got it quickly. Only problem is that 3 weeks later, they decided to take an additional $29.99 for no reason. Luckily it was blocked automatically by my credit card. Good luck!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Order arrived 3 weeks after I ordered. Batteries came from eBay used and defective. Customer service NOT easy or responsive. Returns NOT quick and easy. After 10 emails got one saying I could send back with a "25% restocking fee, have to pay for shipping to China" and 6-8 weeks before refund
Total scam, toy arrived broken. No response, no refunds and they tried to charge an extra 29.99 today to my credit card.
I ordered 3 flashlights and they split my order into 2 orders. They made 2 separate withdrawals on my debit card. I received one tracking number. I am still missing a flashlight. When I reached out to them regarding my missing flashlight, they tried to deduct additional funds from my account. I had to get a new debit card. After many phone calls, emails and customer "chat" conversations, today they told me they would refund 25 % of my money and give me a $15 dollar credit to their store. I declined that offer. Then they offered to give me 50% of my money. I sent them a pic of my bank statement showing 2 deductions. Then they said they had put the money back in my account. They no longer have my banking info. I had to change my debit card. I emailed them back asking exactly where did they deposit my refund. Still waiting. Worst company ever to deal with!
Well no big shocker, the refund I was assured was on its way,? Not so much! I got 2 emails on Dec.23rd from the thieves at this bogus, sham of a website, one told me the refund is on its way, and I would be seen it in 3 days, and the other was the exact wording as the other, except it said I'd be getting it in 10 days, well, it's been two holidays, and 17 days now and those generated, phony $#*! emails are all I got, and the customer svc. Ghost job is still in full effect recordings, voice mails, and emails all with no response, anyone thinking about patronizing this internet site of corrupt, cyber bandits, PLEASE! Save your $$ money, go to the race track, and put it on a three-legged, blind, knocked-kneed horse with colic, you'll have more luck there than letting this lowlife, pieces of sub-human garbage take it, if everyone blacklists them, maybe they will all get a job and work for a living, and earn their $$, instead of running scams to take honest people for their hard-earned money.
Total sham site, a very deceptive site, bought a heated jacket, for $50, was charged for two due to the deceptive wording on site, while choosing the jacket size I was actually ordering a second jacket, tried contacting immediately to cancel it, only got a machine telling me to leave my name and number, i did(9 times over 4 days) nobody returns your call, the 24 hr customer contact web site is no"live chat" you Leesburg your name,number, e mail, and message, nobody returns your message, the tracking number you get tells you nothing but"in transit"for 5 days then day 6 you get a tracking alert that your order was attempted to be delivered unsuccesfully, and has been returned to sender(China) at time of this review, i have been charged $103, received nothing, haven't received any reply to my numerous msg.'s, and the phone number is nothing but an answering Mach. That nobody returns your calls from, yes, i called btwn 9 and 5 est mon-fri yet no live person, oh yeah, and I don't even know how they worked in a monthly recurring charge for I don't even know how much, until you cancel by calling the number nobody answers, a "membership" to or for what? To have your money stolen, not receive what you ordered, and get zero cust.svc.? Don't waste your time, or money with this fly by night, scamming, deceptive, rip off, thieves.
FOLLOW-UP; in fairness, I did rcv. An e- mail from vernier shop(suspiciously generic) after this review posted, hmmm? They said a refund is on the way, 5-10 buss. Days, we'll see, I'm not holding my breath.
Well, I am usually smart on purchases, and if this wasn't so blatant, I would probably dismiss it as a lesson learned. Here are the details of their false advertising of the product: Wireless Backup Camera "FULL HD" for RV Truck and Trailer
Attached are documents of your claims for this product. However:
1. Not FULL HD, image was extremely blurry and no, there was no film on the lens. And there is NO rotating adjustment as stated.
2. NOT made in USA and NOT shipped from Nevada. Shipped from CHINA and obvious from the packing and instructions...MADE in CHINA
3. NO built in magnet...no magnet ANYWHERE, No Iron sheet to go against truck...maybe because NO magnet?!
4. NO 6 infrared LEDs...no nothing
As the pictures show, it is a piece of junk! Not worth a cent vs $26. And with a CHINESE App to manage it...and not well at all!

Ordered item on 12 -15-23 said would be 2 to 3 days of shipping at time of order.immediately after order was placed I got email saying it would be late and was offered a 15% coupon on next order. Emailed company three times. No one has gotten back to me. Ihaven't received item as of today 12- 26-23. No contact from customer service very disappointed.

This is probably my favorite wreath I've ever purchased! It's just so pretty, I love the colors and how big and lush it looks. Hopefully it lasts a long time! I loved everything about it. The little spots for seat belts are really convenient so I can still use it with car seats. My only mistake was accidentally ordering one that does not have a zipper for a split bench. But besides that it's perfect. And matches my tan upholstery great.
This product is great it's simple to install and cheap to replace however it's not like buying a yeti product this is one step above dollar store BUT IT WORKS GREAT!
They state 3-5 days shipping from Nevada. Total BS.
One week later and tracking shows it in China. I have my bank's fraud division on it. They never answer the phone or reply to email.
I purchased two jackets for $118. The next day I got an email from the company that said it would be delivered in 2 to 3 days. A couple days later when I checked the tracking number for the jackets that the website said were made in the USA it said it was being sent from China. It still said it would be delivered in 2 to 3 days. 23 days later I'm still waiting for the jackets I've tried to contact the company several times by email and they don't get back to youI've also tried to call him several times and you can only leave a message and again no one gets back to you please don't waste your money on this company like I did
