During the online ordering process, an extra charge of $9.95 was automatically added that I couldn't delete while ordering. The order went through and upon receiving the order, the shoes were the wrong size. I returned the product and was charged with 15% re-stocking cost, and I had to pay shipment cost of $11.05 to return the wrong product that they shipped!
CHECK OUT ALL THE ONLINE NEGATIVE REVIEWS AND SCAM REPORTS ON THIS COMPANY BEFORE DECIDING TO BUY FROM THEM! AVOID THE SAME MISTAKE I DID.

Vern Stores is a scam. When I placed my order my back immediately flagged this company for fraudulent sells. I order this plush puppy for my grandson and they charged $34.95 to my credit card plus additional $9.95 for warranty fees which was not authorized. Please help share this information on FaceBook and the Better Bureau of Investigation. Again, this company is scamming hard working citizens.

I CALLED THIER"24/7 PHONE NUMBER TO CANCEL MY ORDER, WAITED UT FINALLY SAID LEAVE A MESSAGE THEN"SORRY OUR VM BOX IS FULL" I BET! I HAD TO CANCEL MY CREDIT CARD COMPLETELY AND RIP UP AND WAIT FOR A NEW ONE. SCAM SCAM SCAM

Do not buy from this company. In early June I ordered a rain coat size XXL. I received an extra extra small size. I notified them immediately, sent photos, and returned the rain coat. Since then I have gotten excuse after excuse as to why they cannot credit my card. They are now telling me that I should take this three month old transaction up with my bank. They also say they no longer have access to funds so I can get my refund. While they are prompt on replying to my emails, they only give false platitudes and meaningless automated responses. I do not believe that a company cannot give a refund when they were initially notified within 30 days. They stole my money. Do not buy from this company.

The many reviews claiming fraud are not fake. I was unable to purchase a lamp without adding insurance I didn't want. Then I couldn't get a refund. They are scammers owned by an umbrella company, so when you try to get help they won't even know what is going on. Steer clear of this fraud.

This company is a joke. They said I clicked a button to join a recurring $35 charge each month (for which you receive no extra products). I asked to have it cancelled. They did not cancel it. I was charged twice more. I asked to have my money refunded. They said they did. I received $17.50. When I asked for the rest of my money back, they said "for the last time" they refunded it and to file a complaint with my bank. This company is a total fraud. If I could give them less stars I would. Save yourself the trouble and burn your money. At least then you'd save yourself the frustration of arguing with a complete fraud of a company.

Researched a sheet metal cutter attachment for a drill and this outfit showed as a source for an American made product. They even go as far as to boast that on their website. Couldn't be further from the truth. First thing they did was charge for insurance when I specifically declined it then the Product was delayed almost a month and came after I reported their fraud. Yep, you guessed it—CHEAP CHINESE MADE JUNK! Buy AMERICAN!

This store looked legitimate and said it was US based. It even comes up in a Google search. However, if you look closer, you'll notice misspellings and bad grammar, which should be an alert that this is not a legitimate business. My American Express was charged even though looking closer to the website doesn't show that they take American Express. It's likely due to American Express' fantastic fraud alert system. Reading the fine print on the email I received even closer. It appears they signed me up for a $40 per month subscription that they never when I was checking out.

This company is not an America based company. Their products are trash, the products come weeks late, if at all, are smashed and damaged. They will try to scam money from your credit card instead of issuing you a refund for the crap you stupidly bought from them. They had tried to charge my card by changing their company name over and over, my bank caught it and by the time I was on the phone with the bank to cancel my card another 2 fraud charges were attempted. BUYER BEWARE!

I bought a weight vest asked to return it and they first said no. They charged card again and never gave refund. I had to call my credit card company and report them.

Ordered size 8 shoe, never got an order #. Shoe is too big and want smaller size or refund. Called them and man said you should an order # and when you find it, call back, click. Shady, scam company. I don't want to be stuck with these stupid shoes I'm contacting my attorney ASAP

I was scammed by this company. I don't really believe that it's a legitimate business, You can't get a live agent that makes any sense, I ordered a product that was promised within 3 days and until I filed a report with PayPal I finally received something that was ridiculous, a month later. Please don't order from this company. The address from which it shipped from is a residential home.

Ordered a bird feeder. The picture on the website showed a tall feeder that could hold 5 lbs of seed. What I got was short and flimsy.

Purchased an eagle that clearly shows it is 4-5 feet tall with long wing spans. What we received was a joke. Not even close to the picture. Total rip off and the company only has an answering service to field the calls and does not return customer support requests. We've reported this company to our Chase credit card as a fraud.

This company will use photos from somewhere else and use to advertise what's in the photo, but then send you something that looks totally different. I ordered a rustic large wooden wreath with large gold bells. From the picture, the woman was holding a large the big full wood wreath. When I finally got the wreath, it was small, made with plastic greens and about 12 inches wide. The bells were maybe 2 inches high and 1 inch wide. Very disappointed. This company pulls the lazy refund offer…. You can send it back on your dime OR they will refund 50% of your purchase. I will never order from this company company again!

I bought a phone screen repair kit for a cracked screen. First, right after I used my credit card on their site I started getting phishing emails, and fraudulent charges on that card. Then it took them weeks for the product to arrive. Worst of all, it was a terrible product. Not even a phone screen repair kit, it was a windshield repair kit that ruined my phone screen.

Purchased a pair of shoes the were advertised as leather however it's rubber when I tried the shoe on when I took it off the soles came out will never by again advertising false will never buy again

I google searched the item I needed (cassette tape to usb converter). This company Vern store was top 5 on my search. I placed the order then had another automatic charge of $5.95. Which I have no idea how that happened. 1 week later the item did not come. I contacted them by chat. They said there was a delay and gave me a tracking link. (Red flag) The link looked different and did not show the city and state where my package was. Another week later my credit card cancelled a charge from them due to fraud alert. Turns out they tricked me into a "membership ". The same day another fraud charge came up on my credit card. I chatted again to see what the deal was. I was given the same run around about the membership thing was my fault and their are shipping problems and blah blah. Bottom line is this company is a scam, I had to get a new credit card and I wish I would have looked at all the bad reviews before I purchased.
