I've only slept on it for a week back in July. I'm back in arizona. Will be coming back there in June. I didn't have any complaints about the mattress. All in all was a very good buy.
Suggestion: Not much. Always could change the price but you pay for quality.

The new, firm mattress allows me to get a restful sleep. This is my second mattress from Verlo. The sales people, the delivery people and the service are awesome.
I love our new mattress. It's so luxurious and perfect. The downside is, I can't sleep at all now when I'm traveling, haha.
Suggestion: It's huge. It's bulky, it's hard to move, especially considering that you're supposed to rotate these things every few months. My husband and I both hurt our backs doing so the first time and I don't think this will change because there's NOTHING to grab onto on these mattresses. Also, the layers of sponges all shifted when it moved. I can't imagine what a pain this will be down the line.
I used to need to buy a mattress topper but I love my mattress without it!
Suggestion: The gel or foam layer shifts with time and the firmness is not the same from when I got it

Suggestion: The ONLY thing I can think of is if somehow it was lighter so it was easier to turn and flip.

Suggestion: Wish we had got a two sided mattress....Even though we have been rotating this one we feel we will be sleeping in a hole in the middle before long.
I'm not wake me up with any back pain anymore and my wife and I both love the mattress.
My husband has not had a backache since we have had the new mattress plus I toss and turn a lot and since the new mattress, I do not disturb my husband nor does he disturb me. Besides loving the mattress, the salesperson was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and helpful
No neck or back aches. Wonderful! Yes, after buying the mattress, I bought a pillow for $59.99 and it did not meet my needs, so I brought it back and replaced it with one that cost $40.00 less, and was told that I would not be refunded that amount. I am a Catholic Sister and have no need of another of your products, and surely can't afford to donate $40.00 to Verlo. I clearly did not understand your return system...and still don't. Any chance that I can have the $40.00 refunded? Thanks for your consideration.
Suggestion: I had to replace all my sheets to fit the depth of the new mattress...unnecessary additional cost.
