back stopped hurting.
Suggestion: a spring that is a little thinner than the 9" we got. have to climb up into the bed. (short person)

The adjustable frame is so nice. Having the ability to raise/lower the head and knees is wonderful.
Suggestion: Could be about 4" lower for us old folk.

We bought this mattress for our son and now we say he has the best bed in the house

Sometimes, the mattress feels great when first going to bed, but as night progresses seems to get overly warm. We turned down our thermostat two degrees. Actually, I am hoping to adjust better to it over time.
Suggestion: Less heat being generated. Also, in store, didn't realize how thick and heavy it is. I am a senior and making the bed is a chore due to the weight.

I believe my husband who is in a memory care facility is sleeping better. He does not have any complaints and that is good news.

Suggestion: I think the one in the store was just a little softer.

Suggestion: Not have gotten the plush mattress. It puckers with the adjustable mattress thing

Suggestion: Not so much with our mattress, but with out bed - make it easier in our small space to be able to rotate the mattress.

Suggestion: It's too soft for me. We don't use the adjustable feature that much.

With out a foam topper the mattress is hard (firm is good, hard is not), with the topper it sinks too much.
Suggestion: A bit more cushion on the top layer.

Suggestion: well it does't seem to be as soft as the demo did

Just thanks for the best night sleep I have had in years, should have changed sooner.
