I have not slept through the night since we received our new mattress. I HATE this bed. We have had Verlo come look at it and nothing happened. We have had Verlo mattresses for almost 30 years and this has been a horrible experience. I would like follow-up, please.
Suggestion: The mattress is uneven and we were told that the mattress has a "cooling" component. We sweat diligently with this mattress and are very uncomfortable while sleeping.
My back an hips no longer bother me in the morning, or wake me up during the night.
Suggestion: I think the sides collapse when I sit on the side of the bed...
It's my daughter's mattress...she said "yes" Some day I would like to buy a mattress for myself.
Suggestion: Would not change anything
The first mattress that was delivered was nothing like the one we tried in the showroom. After having reps sent out and various emails/conversations with the manager we were able to have it replaced, not reworked. This is the mattress we laid on at the Grafton store. No idea what the issue was with the first one and do not care, it was softer than the one we were replacing! Sleeping better.
Get up with alot less aches and pains Great sales staff. Great service. Very satisfied.

Don't wake up in as much pain as I used to. For God so loved the world that He have His only Son that whosoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life.

It doesn't have an an edging around it so when your sit on the side of the mattress he start to slide off

My bed is awesome. I've had guests sleep on it as well, and they are IMPRESSED. Great experience all around!! (Send me a coupon for a pillow sometime??) :P
Suggestion: Hmm....I've got nothing. Except that the pillow is not on both sides, so I have not yet attempted to rotate it by flipping.
I am a bit, but my wife believes the mattress is too soft. It does appear to be softer than the old one, especially around the edges for me. Verlo should have a middle answer.
Suggestion: Firm the bottom, and increase depth of the pillowtop.
I sleep through the night without tossing and turning.
Suggestion: Mentioned previously. Also would be nice when top part is raised if it would not move so far from say the night stand.
