I love the adjustable base...makes sleeping so much more comfortable! The mattress is great-even better than the tempurpedic I had before! would recommend everyone get a verlo!

Much better....waking up most days with no aches or pains

I had problems with my back previously and hoped a new mattress would make the difference but I just wore a small dip into my mattress and my back still hurts. We always thought Verlo was the place to go but as we age we find ourselves probably needing something different.
Suggestion: We were told to wait until the divot was 1 1/2" deep but it is uncomfortable enough that we decided to use the spare bedroom's mattress instead.

New mattress has helped relieve my back problems It was not easy to reach you by phone directly. Always talking to someone different or a recording.
Suggestion: The fact we should turn it so often. That's very difficult for us.

Suggestion: I sleep on one side and the material does not lay flat.

The mattress gets too hot. What can we do about how hot it gets?
Suggestion: It's too hot

Suggestion: it still has a lump on the side toward the end that the delivery guy said would smooth out but it still hasn't

Sleeping soundly and comfortably. Fall back to sleep quickly when I do wake up . . . usually.
Suggestion: The price tag.

Suggestion: At this time nothing

We are not experiencing any more hip or shoulder pain after a nights worth of sleep.
Suggestion: With having to spin the mattress every 2 weeks for the first few months, the hand holds on the mattress are awkward. If there were some extra ones, you could place your hands where ever was comfortable based on your arm reach.

I fall asleep quickly and a seldom wake up in the middle of the night. I wake up well rested and refreshed.

Suggestion: probably make softer. still having some joint pain in hips and shoulder.

The sleep pillows are great for all night comfort.

Suggestion: I live alone and find that I had to have help turning it. Want to add a new skirt and will need help moving it to get to box springs.

I am very happy with my new bed. My dogs love the bed too.

I am sleeping better however the bed still is not quite as soft as I'd imagined it would be. I had a great customer service experience all the way through with Verlo so thank you guys for being so darn friendly.
Suggestion: I wish it were a little more cushiony or pillowy

Seemed better for first several weeks, no waking up with a little pain. Wish could have gotten the right mattress firmness for us a little more scientifically.
Suggestion: We are going to need mattress adjusted and stiffened. Gave experience of sleeping on several quality mattresses in hotel that were much firmer and we were convinced that we shouldn't go that firm.

I don't wake up as much because I'm uncomfortable.

You delivered a moldy mattress to my house where I have a child allergic to mold. We returned your mattress and bought from a different company!
