I've been an insomniac since high school. I'm 35 now. I'm honestly sleeping MUCH better and much more consistently. While my sales experience was good, I didn't like that Verlo charges more to get a "matching" mattress and box spring. I won't spend over $1,000 on a new mattress and an un-matching box spring. The sales guy told me about this but while getting a lot of other details about the mattresses, I forgot about that and almost ordered the un-matching one. I honestly would have been pretty upset if I had gotten the odd-colored box spring but, on a second visit to Verlo before finalizing my order, another sales person reminded me of the mis-match, so I caught that before finalizing my order. Again, the sales experience itself was good, but it was a little odd that the v5 is sitting on a box spring in the store other than what I would have gotten without an up-charge.
Suggestion: So far, nothing.
We purchased the mattress for our son after transitioning him out of his toddler bed and he loves it.
Except for the water pills I take at night The service was excellent and that product is excellent
Suggestion: It's a little too high for me smaller box spring would be fine

When we feel good -- we sleep good -- that's kind of a trick question certainly better than any other that we had seen! We felt the sales person was very truthful and helpful

Keep up the good work. By the way, I would send anyone looking for a mattress to Mr. Brylow at the Layton Ave. store in Milwaukee, WI. He is a very good sales rep for Verlo.
Suggestion: So far nothing. I think I may return to the store, lay down on other sample mattresses with the wife, and see if we want to tweak our purchase to that "perfect" feel. Verlo is the only mattress company Iv'e ever heard of that has this type of option.
Plenty of space, very comfortable Will be back to buy again!

This is a guest room bed, both guests so far have found it very comfortable, but the mattress and box spring move as both pieces are extremely light weight
Suggestion: again way to lightweight causing the mattress to shift off one another
Suggestion: It's a little heavy. It would be nice to have handles that could actually be used to lift or rotate the mattress. Also, we had hoped that the mattress would be cooler, but we still wake up during the night because the mattress is warm.
Uncomfortable side sleeping The time for the comfort adjustment is not exactly what I understood or maybe I misunderstood. I would prefer the mattress be picked up and made a plush or the next level in recommending a side sleeper

Suggestion: I can't think of anything I'd change. However - as a single person I am not able to turn it on my own for even-wearing patterns. Too heavy.

Suggestion: The firmest side doesn't feel as firm as the one in the store. I wish it was firmer.
