We will return to Verlo for any other mattress purchases.
Suggestion: Have 2 different comfort levels in the same mattress because my husband likes a little firmer mattress than I do.

you have friendly sales people - delivery people were on time too information given to customers was was honest

not restful how does one really pick out a mattress?
Suggestion: needs to be much more comfortable... needs to be both supportive and soft

Suggestion: hard to tell if I've rotated it. If the two ends were colored/marked differently, that would help.

Right amount of firmness
Suggestion: The box spring didn't fit down my stairs. Maybe ask customers about where the mattress is going so a split box spring can be recommended

Still adjusting to our new mattress. (At times we feel it's too stiff and we should contact your group for an adjustment, but decided to give it more time.) Keep up the good work. We believe in your success story.
Suggestion: It was an expensive purchase and at times we feel it's not the perfect fit.

Suggestion: Don't like the split mattress, even tho I understand the logic. It is difficult to change sheets, and it comes apart from each other

This is the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on!!

I am, but I don't feel like I have the support system that I ordered when I bought the bed. I called the young man twice that took care of me but he never called back. Just keep up the good work.

It took a little while, but I'm sleeping very well now.
Suggestion: I wish the sides/ edges were more solid or stable. They slope down and are "mushy".

exceptionally soft and comfy with the pillowtop, delivery guys were so nice and careful about the installation. THey were particular about putting the box spring on the bedskirt without wrinkling it. I appreciated it because I had just ironed it!

It was a pleasant experience purchasing from the person in Grafton, WI.
Suggestion: Covered on both sides so you could flip it.
