Suggestion: Easier to sleep on my side without arms falling asleep
no more stuffed up nose or trouble breathing when I lie down. No more waking up with painful fingers, hands, arms because they had "fallen asleep" due to pressure while I slept. No more painful leg pain or cramps from nerves in vertebra being pinched by sleeping on my side. No more waking up throughout the night due to being uncomfortable. I fall asleep much quicker due to zero gravity option; SOOooo comfortable I can't stay awake in this position. I love the night light feature under the platform. No more stubbed toes.
Suggestion: sometimes it can get to warm while I'm sleeping, but taking off the comforter rectifies the situation
Is it possible to make it softer?
Suggestion: I wish it were softer.
Even after matress was rebuilt, we are still having problems with it. It's lumpy and very uncomfortable. Sales pitch sold us on this matress. But since we had a defective matress and still have a defective matress after it was supposedly repaired doesn't give me much confidence in Verlo matress. I feel our bed should have been replaced with a brand new one.
Suggestion: I wish it wasn't full of lumps, I wish it was softer, I wish it didn't feel like you were in hole when you sleep, and I wish I didn't have to go without a bed in order to have mine adjusted.
New beds are awesome!

Delivery team did not setup the power bases correctly with our bed frame and scratched the power base wood. They were supposed to install it within our bed frame but didn't know how to.
Suggestion: I wish the side of the mattress was a but more ridged. It sinks to much th sit comfortably
I had a comfort adjustment done last month....after the adjustment i have come to realize that the mattress was more comfortable before the adjustment.....what if any are my options? Please call ....pat fitten 265-3172
