I sleep wonderfully on my new verlo. I look forward to going to bed every night. At this point I am three months with my new mattress and I hope I stay completely satisfied!
Suggestion: wish I was able to get the adjustable base in a full size
This mattress is firmer and less "hilly" than our old.
Suggestion: The edge, where I sit on, is too weak, I need it firmer.
I don't have a ditch anymore that I used to end up in. My bed is also softer yhan my old one and much more comfortable. Thanks, I'm sleeping better than ever!

We love our new mattress
Suggestion: It's thickness and weight make it difficult to tuck the sheets under the corners when changing linen

But still wake with back pain

Still not feeling rested I got the new bed blues...I thought by now my body would adjust. I like the adjustable part, I think the mattress is what is still bothering me...think I got the wrong one... I wish I had gotten the foam bed, I talked myself into thinking the mattress with springs was good, nope its not.
Suggestion: It shouldn't go on a adjustable bed, I can see the middle rising up and its poking me. Springs on an adjustable is a bad idea...just doesn't feel comfortable especially when its in one of its positions.
we do not want to get out of bed in the morning, it is sooo comfortable. We are happy and well rested. Going to bed soon!
Suggestion: We should have gotten it 10 years sooner
The support is excellent, I don't wake up when my husband comes to bed, it's wonderful. I was leery about spending so much money (I got the V9), but after staying at a hotel while out of town for a few days, I realized how worth it my new bed was.
I need someone to come out and adjust it

Suggestion: It's not very comfortable and I was waking up with an aching back and joints. I had to purchase a memory foam/feather bed mattress cover.
Our interaction with the salesperson at the store was very enjoyable. Not pushy or trying for an upsell, he really helped determine our needs and gave us quality assistance.
Suggestion: A slightly softer cushion/top layer would be perfect.

It would be nicer if the mechanical foundation could be assembled in at least two parts that could be put together once in was in the bedroom. It was difficult to get the foundation up our stairs. Our woodwork took quite a beating from the delivery guys trying to shove it up the stairs. I didn't notice the damage until after they had gone. I wish they would have brought it to my attention. Not a lot they could do differently, but a heads-up would have been appreciated. (That's the reason for the 8 instead of 10 for the recommendation to family and friends.) We love the bed, but would mention the delivery difficulties when we recommend it.
Suggestion: So far, so good.
More comfortable than the old bed Quality product made to order in Wisconsin is a very strong selling point. Will only shop Verlo for mattresses and highly recommend Verlo to others
So happy that quality and service can still be found. Local product and a company that stands behind their product....especially with something as important as quality sleep. Verlo has always been an exceptional experience and having bought my first Verlo almost 10 years ago, it says a lot to work with staff that have been with Verlo for at least that many years. That says a lot about Verlo too. Verlo is doing many things right! Thank you for great sleep!
New mattress is sooo comfortable. Very good experience in shopping, buying, and delivery. Never pushed into anything. Like that.
Suggestion: Slides off to one side and takes the dust ruffle with it by the end of a week.
I was very satisfied and will come back again.
