I am disappointed in the firmness of the mattress, no better then the one I had ! I realize I can call to have the mattress altered but that means again being without a mattress again ! Had hoped it would be good the first shot !
Suggestion: I wish it was softer so my body would sink into it. Feel like I am sleeping on a board !

The mattress is not comfortable. It felt a lot softer in the store.

Comfortable. Good staff at store. Very helpful. Showed us several styles, prices etc, so we could make an intelligent decision. Gave us plenty of time.
Suggestion: The whole bed is now a bit too high, but we have gotten used to it.

I never want to get out of my bed.
Suggestion: I just a little worried that it's slumping though, because I sleep on the one side more often.

Suggestion: Handles on the short sides to make it easier to rotate

Much firmer than the old mattress but very comfortable To be more clear in the brochures as to the fact that my model has the 6 month adjustment. It was confusing so I got it in writing.

The mattress is for my guest room....haven't had any complaints...very comfortable sleep...as was reported. Good job

Suggestion: Seems a little shorter than spec. At least on bed there are gaps.

It is nice to not be rolling to the middle due the age of our old mattress. The mattress is soft and nice to crawl into at the end of the day.

Suggestion: Get rid of the pillow-top, but my wife loves it

Great people. Nancy was great to deal with. Delivery ran late twice so maybe allow more time per stop so they don't get behind
Suggestion: I had it made firmer after three months and now it's better than before.

Suggestion: Wish I would've gotten a firmer mattress. Would also like the edges of the bed to be built up and stronger so I don't slide off when sitting at edge.
