Not sure it is soft enough, need more time to determine results We are hoping you can help us when we have decided the right softness

Yes, it is much nicer. Our salesman, Jamal, told us we could have the mattress altered within a year. We were just giving it some time. He is a good man to work with by the way.
Suggestion: I would like it a little softer for sleeping on my side. At times my shoulder hurts.

Sleeping was much more comfortable and possible for a while, now it needs adjusting, will be coming in to talk to Steve as soon as I am able. I will NEVER buy any other mattress again and wish we had purchased a Verlo years ago instead of wasting money on what we THOUGHT was a good mattress. Your staff are all wonderful, caring and helpful. Everything is well made, beyond what I ever expected.

The staff was awesome when we came in they didn't try and force an expensive mattress on us they help pick one in our budget

For the most part. The bed is a little harder than we expected.
