Suggestion: Seems to retain or trap heat too often

I'm a side sleeper. Frankly, my old Verlo Supreme mattress with box spring seemed more comfortable than the new V7 Pillowtop. I am tossing & turning side-to-side often the new mattress. I believe having knowledgeable people to talk with a the store is important
Suggestion: I wish it was a more comfortable (perhaps softer, more supportive) mattress to provide a more restful sleep without having to turn from side to side.

It is very comfortable. In fact, my girlfriend says she thinks it is like sleeping on a cloud. She is very jealous and is thinking of buying one for herself.
Suggestion: I haven't found anything so far..

I haven't fallen into a crack in the middle of the mattress. Thank you for your help in choosing it.

Suggestion: I can't think of a thing!

Suggestion: That it was two sided so it could be flipped over and rotated. Another cost cutting item by eliminating two sided mattresses by mattress companies.

It was for my daughter's first bed and we all have found it to be very comfortable Our salesman (I believe Tate?) did a fantastic job, was not high pressure at all and told us the facts we needed to make an informed decision

The mattress is a bit too firm and I'll be calling to have an adjustment soon
Suggestion: I had a great experience at the Verlo store so I would not change a thing. I will be taking advantage of the one time adjustment.

I love my pillow top mattress so much. I fall asleep and stay asleep all night without tossing and turning from being too warm because it distributes your body heat!! The price was unbeatable. The store was really nice and well organized to suit your needs.
Suggestion: It to be a little bit more squishy

Purchased for a guest bedroom. Guests were pleased

Suggestion: I will ned to have the mattress adjusted since I do have uncomfortable spots

Suggestion: I did purchase a less expensive model, but putting a foam mattress pad on it has made it quite comfortable.

Much better Mattress is great and the purchase experience and set up support were great too

DON'T FEEL MY BODY IS CRADDLED INTO THE MATTRESS...STILL NOT FEELING COMFORTABLE ENOUGH... DID NOT HEAR BACK FROM COMPANY ON HAVE AN ADDITIONAL MATTRESS THAT WAS ACCESSED REDONE FOR SOFTING IT UP....
Suggestion: MORE CUSHY,SINK MORE INTO THE MATTRESS,YET SUPPORTIVE.
