Excellent service from showroom to sleep expert to delivery!
Suggestion: Size: I built a custom platform and the mattress was smaller then the specs on the website

Suggestion: It's a little short. I have a sleigh bed and I have about a 5 inch gap before my footboard. Didn't have that with my old mattress.

Full size bed more room than a twin.
Suggestion: Can't remember why it isn't double sided

Our new mattress is not as soft as the one we tested in the store.

The OLD mattress was bad, hard to get out of and the New is GREAT! Great night's sleep! Keep on doing what you're doing. It works.

Horizontal lump is still present in the top quilting outer cover. Nice people though but they did not inspect the repair before delivery.
Suggestion: Smoother top quilting.

My back pain is worst then before buying this mattress.
Suggestion: return it for a different mattress or get my money back!

Sorry, but Mary only slept on the bed a couple of weeks, then had to go to the hospital. She is now in a nursing home and won't be able to use her bed. Mary only used her mattress a couple of weeks. She is in a nursing home now.

Suggestion: First of all your very funny...would not could not change a thing!

Have already slept with verlo. So it's about the same...great sleep We worked with Tate at the Racine WI store and he was awesome. Very helpful and knowledgeable. He was eager for us to get the perfect mattress.
Suggestion: Double sided would be not that much more expensive than single sided

But....since I recently had another surgery, my sleep is interrupted by pain, not the mattress. I appreciate the follow up...

Improve placement of foam so it can't shift
Suggestion: Foam cover seems to shift. Definitely not optimal, but mattress is very comfortable when foam is in proper place

Suggestion: I would just get a thinner box spring the 19 inch is a little tall for me

Our mattress is SO comfortable! My husband and I sleep great and love the adjustable base. Your customer service is fabulous and your products are amazing! Don't change a thing! :)

Head and foot elevation along with a well padded mattress is making it much more comfortable
