Still wake up with a back ache, no difference.
Suggestion: Anything that would help my back.

We purchased our bed for a spare bedroom. I haven't slept on it yet, but I have rested on it. It was definitely the right purchase.

But I am waking up with numbness in my hands. I'll call to talk about having it redone.
Suggestion: I'm contemplating having you change the top. I realized I'm flipping to my side to sleep more than I thought I did.

Sleep is ok...went from a 4 in foam topper on a mattress to no foam topper on the new one. Took a while to adjust Steve Lambert deserves a promotion

Same as previously First couple weeks, mattress was too hard. Advised that it would settle and it did. Unfortunate that it wasn't perfect when received. Will look into the comfort adjustment offering.
Suggestion: Wish you could flip it over/rotate it to other side. Previous latex mattress by Verlo that was possible.

The Verlo mattress I bought is less comfortable than my long-time pillow top mattress I had you discard. What else is there to tell? I feel like I was made a bunch of promises that you didn't keep.
Suggestion: I wish I could go back to my pillow top and that I had never bought the Verlo mattress.

Mattress was for a sleeper sofa for guests. It doesn't fit. Yes, the mattress doesn't fit the sleeper sofa. It is the right dimensions long and wide, but it is too thick and the sofa doesn't close with it.
Suggestion: I wish it fit the sleeper sofa that I bought it for.

The first few months were rough as it needed to break in, but it's much more comfortable now. I was having trouble with intermittent sleep, not sure if that's because of the bed; most likely not. I still toss and turn a bit, but less than I was. Falling asleep is much easier
Suggestion: Maybe softer with more support. I only got a v5 so maybe a v7

I replaced a bed I purchased from Mattress Firm a year ago. I wish I would have gone to Verlo first and not wasted my money elsewhere.

This is my second Verlo mattress and when or if I need another mattress I'll buy a Verlo again!

It is a little stiff and the pressure points are making my body parts numb. My husband Tom is loving it. I believe in the quality of Verlo.

I have had daily back pain for about 5 years. It's gone. The mattress we purchased is so incredible, and comfortable. I cannot thank Jade enough for suggesting our mattress. She listened and asked questions about my needs, and knew exactly what I needed.
Suggestion: Absolutely nothing. It took my body about 1 week to adjust to the support.

I needed a real bed. Not that foam stuff!! I went to the best place for my mattress!!
Suggestion: That it was a two sided mattress. Who ever head of a one sided mattress. Just craz!!
