The firmness and softness level of my mattress is just right. I'm getting better quality sleep and getting up without back or neck aches. My wife, who was having back and neck issues and losing sleep, is sleeping significantly better. The adjustable bed we purchased for her has made a very noticeable difference. We are very glad we made this investment. Thanks for caring enough to check up after some time has passed.

Suggestion: Currently, no changes
have the same issue of waking at all hours. Tylenol PM helps. That being said the bed is very comfortable. My back seems to like it. Issues I had with my old bed have settled down.
Suggestion: that it was a little higher. Im tall so not having to bend so much to make it would be nicer.

We use the new mattress for our guest bedroom. But once in a while we have used it, and it works well! The delivery guys were good. I also like the perks with getting $ off for referrals.

The new V5 mattress is more comfortable than the 20yr old Verlo pillow top I had. That said, I am amazed the previous Verlo lasted so long. All sales reps we dealt with were very professional and courteous(especially Jamal).
Suggestion: I can still hear and feel my partner moving when they roll over or change positions
The bed is super comfortable and I especially like that I can't feel my spouse moving around in bed.
If this one is as good as our last one, we'll see you again in 20 years.
Suggestion: We wish it was double sided.
