Nice and firm. And the height off the floor is much easier to get into bed.

Delivery went well and they took the old one which was great!

Yes, My wife and I have been sleeping much better. No body aches like we were having before with our old mattress. I would like to setup a day to get the mattress a little firmer.
Suggestion: The Mattress is great, the metal bed frame is squeaky. Just getting in an out of the bed it makes a high pitch noise.

After the mattress was reworked it's very comfortable for us to sleep on. The reworked 9" thickness was also much better for us than the deep profile. Too heavy, too high to climb into bed, too hard to change sheets. Why do people even want that???

The pillow top is too soft. I really wish I would have gotten the standard mattress. No pillow top!

Suggestion: I wish it was double sided, but I know I had that option if I wanted to pay more. I think flipping the mattress would give it longer life.

My back still hurts. I still wake up during the night. I still feel like I over paid for the mattress.
Suggestion: I know it's going to take some time still, but the mattress isnt very comfortable. I don't look forward to sleeping on the bed. I wish it was softer.

The salesman who sold me the mattress was terrific. a big part of why I purchased it.

The mattress is worse that the 20 year old mattress I previously had. I wake up with back aches and my hands fall asleep during the night,

Adjustable base is cool. My wife is happy with hers but I would return mine if I could. Sales guy josh was good . Not liking the mattress
Suggestion: I would change It to tempirpedic. Too firm nd not comfortable. Yes I already had a comfort adjustment but it's by working for me. My wife likes hers but I'm not a fan

Suggestion: Really not one thing, and knowing that down the road we can have it tuned up if need be. Steve it was one of the best investments we made.

The mattress we bought is in our guest room...but the guests have said it is a very comfortable bed. Must be the mattress!
