The mattress is sagging on both my side of the bed & my husband's side. The middle has a hump in it. Yes. We also applied for 0% interest through Synchrony Bank. 1st month I had to call for a statement. 2nd month, never received the statement. Charged $27.00 late fee. Called them and they will waive the fee and send out the statement. Once received, I will pay it off and done with them. Just not a good experience overall. Our last mattress we bought from VERLO lasted 22 years. If you can help, please feel free to step in! Purchased at 6501 W Layton Ave, Milwaukee, WI
Suggestion: Get a mattress that is FIRM and remains FIRM after 3 months. Get a mattress that would NOT retain body heat as bad as this one does. CAN WE REPLACE IT???

We asked before delivery if we could use our old bed frame and were told we could. No mention was given that our old frame needed a center support. Our first indication of this was in the brochure given to us at the time of our mattress delivery. It would be helpful to have this information printed on the invoice or give the customer the care brochure after payment. That way we could have ordered a new bed frame along with our mattress set and avoided the inconvenience of another delivery along with the added delivery charge.

this answer is yes and no. when I put my bed in a sitting position, I did not realize at the time of purchase that my feet would almost be off the edge of the bed, and I am not that tall. My daughter remarked the same thing. she also bought a bed like mine. my lower back seems to hurt more when sitting in this up position, but when mattress is flat (sleeping) I sleep better than before. hope this makes sense.
Suggestion: I pretty much explained it in the first question. I do like being able to sit up and watch tv. not real thrilled that top mattress can't be against wall. learning to adjust.

Going from full to queen has been great. Compared to my last matress, this is also comfortable. My first night on mattress after delivery was miserable. I called verlo thinking they made a mistake manufacturing or delivered from mattress. It was hard as a rock. No one at verlo mentioned this, but I figured out it was because the memory foam portion of my mattress was frozen from being on delivery truck. I wish someone at the store knew this happened and had told me. It took maybe two days to "thaw out". That is something the sales staff might want to know in case they get a call like the one I made.
Suggestion: I'm at a hotel this week and can't believe how much more comfortable this hotel mattress is compared to my new mattress. I wish I would have got a softer mattress.
