Nice and cushie pillow top I am a side sleeper and the edge should have a bit more support.
Suggestion: All the flipping necessary to keep its shape is a hassle but you say it is necessary.

Suggestion: I'd like it to be more smooth after I get up. It seems to have a intention as to where I sleept that. Doesn't go away. I turned it every 2weeks since I got it but it's always there

The included mattress pad makes us sweat as it's plastic backed which makes it unbreathable...

The new box for my sons twin bed was a government do purchase.
Suggestion: Not a thing

I was very unhappy with the sheet set I purchased in the store. It did not live up to the promises that were displayed in the sign. I was given a very hard time when I came back to the store to return them. Some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced.
Suggestion: It's fine

This is our 5th or 6th mattress from verlo and we've always been pleased with our purchase.
Suggestion: Wishes the sheets fit better.

So happy with our third Verlo purchase. Can't imagine going anywhere else!
Suggestion: Changing the sheets is a pain in the butt and there have been instances of the beds sliding apart {wink, wink} No easy fix that solves for both scenarios.

The new mattress are very comfortable! We are all happy with the mattresses!
Suggestion: I am having issues getting a fitted sheet around them because they ar so thick

More room in queen size bed and mattress is comfortable
Suggestion: Cord on control could be about a foot longer so it can be hung on nightstand drawer
