Suggestion: Again, I wonder if I should make it more firm. Don't know the criteria for deciding that.

At first it was great, but mow it's a back breaker, we think it needs a tune up
Suggestion: Would be great if the tune up could happen in house. We are moving house to Union Grove in the next 2 weeks, so we will arrange / schedule the tune up after that

I don't have the back ache I used to when sleeping on our old waterbed. I walk by the bedroom and I think the bed is calling me!! HeHe! It is very soft and inviting. Thank you so much for being a company that takes care of it's customers and has a business model that says we are American. A great quality product with services to match at a great value!!!

The springs from the old mattress are not poking me.
Suggestion: I wish it was double sided.

We now have a comfortable guest bed, so when my husband snores too loudly, I have a great place to retreat to. And, both of my sons love their new beds.

The mattress is perfect. We've gone from restless sleeping to hours of deep, peaceful sleep- and no more aches! Thanks! For the first time in ten years we don't want to get out of bed in the morning!

Suggestion: I wish I did not get the split king. I don't like the spCe between the two matresses. Very unhappy with that. On the sleep number beds they do not have that.

I think I am sleeping better not sure if I picked a mattress that is to firm need more time. So far so good I'll let you know if I need to make the mattress less firm. I have up to a year. Thanks Dave
Suggestion: I would of picked a two side mattress but the cost was too much.

wonderful bed! It does take a while to get used to the height of the bed but I feel like a princess climbing into my bed
Suggestion: the height is an issue for my husband since he is short. Other than that, wonderful sleeping
