Run, do not walk away from Verizon Wireless. They send you crappy (used?) equipment (cell phones), then treat you like dirt when you try to clear it up.
It takes 2 hours to get a customer service agent on the phone they constantly text you even if he don't mall the text messages they don't understand plain simple English they ignore your requests I been with grisel for 5 years and it's not likely that I'm going go be with them another year they push website that's useless they push unwanted text messages they ignore your request you can call ask same questions 5 times get 5 different answers

Expressing my deepest gratitude for given the pleasure of either employee training or just pure awesomeness I had the best experience with these two outstanding human beings today 1/1/2020 I had the biggest problem with the overage charges which led to my family almost cancelling our phone services but these two saved my day.

So here's a big F U to Verizon.
It's been over a month of dealing with endless tech problems and issues around not being able to send SMS messages or being able to reliably call out from my residence.
When I have been able to call out which takes 7-8 tries and usually having to restart my phone, the call quality is awful and usually eventually drops out. I can't carry on a phone conversation without it dropping 3-4 times. FRUSTRATING!
I have had several online chat sessions with Verizon tech support. The last one, they assured me that my phone insurance would cover my phone's tech problems and a replacement phone would be sent to me the next day.
The next day comes & goes and NO PHONE DELIVERED. So, I called the phone insurance company to see what is going on. They tell me that my phone is not covered for technical malfunctions, completely contradicting what I was told by the Verizon tech support guy.
I-HAVE-HAD-ENOUGH of the BS!
So simple solution, today I signed up with AT&T. Through union plus I got my activation waived ($30 saved) and instead of paying $95 /month with Verizon, I'll only have to pay $54/month (includes at 15% union discount)!
So VERIZON you can take your expensive CRAPPY service and SHOVE IT!
I signed up to verizon online last night from tmobile. This morning I called customer service with a question. After 30 minutes of waiting I decided I will cancel order. I've been calling half the day already, in 2 cases over 1 hour. I'm still on step one. I've called UPS (They answered right away). I will refuse shipments from Verizon. This experience made my outlook of Verizon horrible. Atleast I learned that Tmobile is world better at customer service
This company lies too much! The service is $#*!ty! I cannot wait to get out my contract with them. I'm having issues with my bill and every customer service agent has a different story about my bill (All lies) even when I had the proof to show them my bill was paid on time they wanted more money! I been waiting on hold to talk to a manager for over an hour now.
Before I switched to Verizon, my business went smoothly. This was until that one day when our smooth sailing service to our hungry costumers terminated. Everything was fake. When I asked as to why the business phone was down, I waited at least 20 minutes just to for someone to answer me and end up not helping at all. After at least 2 hours of complaining they finally decided to help us. We've lost business and the ended up charging us over $200. About 3 weeks later, our phone shut down once more. I wish to alert everyone now so the don't experience this sabotage. DO NOT SWITCH TO VERIZON!
Waited ONE HOUR for help with no answer, also people who have answered help lines give wing information after LONG WAIT TIME BAD INFORMATION
I have good and bad experience with company. The items that were bought which was the stuffed animal, the floor sweeper is no good. The cologne from realities I had to throw out. The eyebrow trimmer, camera for kids (have not used yet gift) the cupcake holders al. These items i liked. But the other items I paid for were horrible and I lost money purchasing them. Will think twice before purchasing items again.

Worst experience I've ever had with any company. They consistently lie and sign you up for things you didn't order. You cannot trust this company, they will not help you with anything. All they want is all the money they cheat you out of. They take no responsibility for anything. Be forewarned!
I was with Verizon for over 10 years, and the service has progressively gotten worse! They are notorious for throttling data, slow downloads, Dropped Calls, Substandard cell phone equipment, and finally inadequate customer service to handle and fix problems. THEY ARE WORSE THAN THE DEPARTMENT OF MOTOR VEHICLES!
I'm going to choose for another carrier. I was mistreated and the guy laughs at me when I asked if I could have a faster internet. He told me to go for Comcast if I want a faster service
I upgraded my daughters iPhone to an iPhone 11. I had 115 device dollars saved up the customer service rep said I could use towards the phone purchase, case etc. When I purchased the phone it took it split the device dollars, it took 5 bucks off the phone every month for the next 2 years. 2nd. She would not set up the phone, left it in the box and gave some instructions for my 13 year old to set up. It's been 5 hours and we can not activate or set it up. I asked her twice in the store if they would do it in house. Verizon does not care about customer service. They want your money and then you to leave. 3rd, I noticed on my I'll I was charged a 40 dollar upgrade fee. You charge me to sign another 2 year agreement?!?!. I have 5 lines on my account. All are ready for upgrade by December. I won't be paying 40 a phone for crap customer service. No need to pay a fee when US Cellular will switch me for free, they will even buy out the contract. I think I'll be taking my 5 phone lines. That 500 a month bill elsewhere than Verizon. 4th. I've called 4 times for help, 3 of the 4 times it automatically switched me to a digital support machine and hung up on me. It was no help! HORRIBLE!
In 2007 I was to deploy to Iraq, I went to Verizon to get them to turn my service and phone off, I gave them a copy of my orders, when I got back the following year, I find out that didn't turn my phone my off and they let the bill collect over 600 dollars of fees and they still expect me to pay it, which is bull$#*!
THE WEBSITE DOESN'T WORK WHEN TRANSFERRING HARDWARE -- EVER!
I've been a Verizon Pre-paid customer for years, and everything works fine UNTIL I want to swap one of our phones. I always go through the same horrible wasteful routine.
1) I get the SIM number from the new card
2) I can't find the device ID so I search and search and NONE of the resources will tell you.
3) I waste time thinking Verizon's site will help and it only wastes time and tells me how to find the device ID on an activated phone.
3) I use the number beginning with 89 on the box and try to use the website to activate it.
I enter the numbers correctly.
4) The system says, Read Error. Again. And again. And again. I try Chrome, Safari, and waste another hour while I am on hold because Chat is unavailable right now
5) I am connected with wrong person #1
6) I am connected with wrong person #2
I wait and wait and wait...
Eventually the operator gets on the phone from another country and cheeringly tells me it's a wonderful day at Verizon.
I tell them the EXACT SAME INFORMATION THAT I REPEATEDLY PUT INTO THE WEBSITE AND WAMO! It works!
Why the heck does Verizon have a defective website that doesn't work?
The website never ever ever ever works, I've done this a dozen times and it always fails.
Fix it you morons.
Unreal hold times, upgrade fees, pushing the customer to use automated chat service.
Been with Verizon for over 15 years, but can no longer accept this and the high priced service.

Service always drops, as well as internet. Verizon service was amazing few years back. However, for the past few months service has drastically drop and now rarely do I have service. Would not recommend new customers to join and I been with Verizon for the past couple of years and is time to abandon ship.
My husband and I wanted to try Verizon. We tried to order iPhones from Verizon online and was able to place the first order but, when we tried to order the second phone a msg popped up on the screen saying we would have to call before the order could be completed. We called and was transfer 4 times also, our "calls" were disconnected twice!
This took several hours well over 3 hours. Customer service is unprofessional! While holding in between all the department transfers and disconnections we heard lots of talking joking around and laughing going on! I never would have imagined Verizon topping att for the worst customer service ever but, they have! Hands down no question the absolute worst bottom of the barrel customer service I've ever experienced! I'm done trying to do business with this sorry excuse of a company! Do yourself a favor and stay away from this incompetent lousy company!
I have NEVER experienced worse customer service than that of Verizon. I switched in June, and have had nothing but problems since; I have been on the phone or chatting with them once a week since switching. Every time I talk to another Verizon representative, I receive different information, and I'm told the last person "shouldn't have told me that." Verizon has absolutely no care or concern for their customers. It's completely unacceptable.
