My son has been trying to deal with this issue for over a week. He has called numerous times, gone to 6 stores, no one will help him. He has done research, I have done research, his dad has done research, yet no one seems to be able to help. He is not getting texts from android phones. No bashing android, not in my control. We have changed every setting on iphone that has been suggested, had android users change settings on their phones that was suggested. NOTHING is making it work! IF customer service would talk to him and not have robots, or people that simply read a script, maybe we could find a solution. If nothing else, let us exchange the phone, maybe the phone itself is the problem.
Stupid company without real customer serviceability or accountability to be had. Person I spent countless time explaining my needs and trying to get things set up gave me the cold shoulder he needs to leave because it's 3 hours time zone difference and he must leave for home before I was done. Who in the world did I ask to be forwarded to a service person 3000 miles across the country to begin with? Also, why the hell can't these people be trained to better triage their customer's needs since I couldn't with him. It's money lost for him and I hope he was commissioned but I doubt it. That's why he cared more for his break time then servicing a paying and loyal customer. Shame on Verizon Wireless.

I never write reviews… But Verizon offers very poor service and has obliged me to write this. Coverage and speeds and reliability are terrible. And good luck trying to talk to someone to about service problems or email offers after normal business hours. They have cut back their local store hours and live staff that answer calls…So you have to try to resolve everything via text messaging… And even then, the response is fragmented and basically useless. Awful.
Support hangs up on you. Live Chat doesn't connect you with a live person. Call back feature broken. In store staff are also no help.

Finally DONE with this companies incompetence.
They told me it would be $80/month for my service, maximum. Sure enough when the bill came it was $111. All this worst service I've ever had. I've used straight talk for the last decade, and you'd better believe I'll be switching back immediately. It was literally half the price with better service. Scam artists! Do not go with this company!
I got it 3 iPhone 13 pro max I'm paying $350 month they told me unlimited everything the problem is 5G when you get in 5G my phone doesn't connect to 5G I call Verizon customer care and I told them they told me you have to turn off phone and turn back on every time when you hit a 5G that's what I Gotta do I am really tired Do not trust the Verizon
A while back I traded my phone in at Verizon and I was told that they were giving me $900 for my phone, the new phone was $1000 so had a small payment. I was good with that. My phone broke and I need another one, now they tell me I now have to pay full price for the phone I traded for. I was by a version rep when I called to see about trading my phone in for a new one. He said: That is your punishment for not getting the warranty". Really nice version great customer service...
We were without internet on and off since August. We have had no internet since October 15th and they could care less. They outsource their complaint department to oversees and these representatives will tell you anything ti give you the impression your problem is being escalated. They say all the notes in the system will passed on only to call the next day and there is no record of your call! All these representatives work from home so there is no way to reach them to verify the previous conversation. All customer service will do is give you credit for the days you didn't have any service, which by the way, is what they are required to do by law! They will do nothing for your inconvenience and they are rude! Use any other carrier out there besides Verizon!
I was a Verizon customer for 12 years until I realized how much more I was paying them than T-Mobile for the same services…3 times as much. I canceled 2 1/2 months ago yet they continued to remove payments of over $150. From my account. (My bad for not backing out of auto pay before canceling.) After many calls and texts, they refuse to refund anything. Their people just gave me the run around time after time. Finally after 2 months of payments, at least auto pay if off. Will not ever use them again.
I have been calling for weeks now and have not gotten through to anyone in the US. All these oversea people don't know what they are doing. No one takes notes down. Everyone ask me same question over and over and it takes at least 1 hour for each call. I ask for supervisor to call me back and never heard back. I sent in my trad in phone weeks ago and never got credit for it. Their website trade in phone never processed my phone for me so now I loss value for the trade in over time. Next step is file a lawsuit.
Found the right people and got another promise if a refund. I will follow up with addl info as I get it
Promised me $900.00 in rebates and credits to purchase 3 phones. Turns out thans to the rep in the stores ineptness, i will not be getting the credit. Verizon corporate was no help. Verizon did a 180 and have issued me my credit,
Verizon has you on hold for 2 hours long or so all the time. This is has been their norm for the last year. You have to spend a whole evening just to handle a phone call with them. They take your money asap but can't speak to you asap.

If you want to talk to Alive person forget about it. Never happened. Everyone only they can do is give you another phone number.And than you need to waste another day
I've been a customer of Verizon for 20 years... and QUITING Them. For the last 3 years the only line that a person actually answers is the SALES line. Yeah, of course. Get That MOney! Then completely disrespect your customers by putting them on extremely long hold times: 20 minutes to 2, even 3 hours. They offer a CHAT bot, with selections which then gets you to: A Callback Time, which pops up the options: 2-4 days in the future. ARE YOU KIDDING VERIZON? WTH happened to your company? You're the richest and biggest so why have you become the WORST SERVICE -- rated 23 or lower now, was #1 for years, then went into the toilet. No Thanks anymore. Goodbye Verizon. Good Riddance.
I wish I could give zero stars. I went to a Verizon store with a problem on my phone. The customer service rep was very rude and hostile and did not solve my problem.
I can't even make a call... constant popup when trying to dial out is... not connected to any service! Interesting since I have never been late with a payment. Three times I have gone into tie local store and have gotten 3 different excuses. #1. I have a A42 phone less than six months old, but I am supposed to remove the sims card every time it happens. #2 Tower is being worked on (this has been happening for months) and the best one yet #3... we only have one tower, so why then do you continue to sell phones and service to people. Can't even call the local store, because it sends you to the customer service number. I want to know how to get credit for all the times Ive missed an emergency call from the school and doctor calls. Poorest service ever!
Answer: Go to My Verizon, click the 3 bars at lower right. In drop down menus hit contact us then schedule a call. They will call you about the time you scheduled a call-back.
