I had a really hard time with the purchase of a jumpsuit for my daughter. Customer service even lied to me and said it had been shipped. Emails only brought back negativity. Supposedly after 17 days she just may have the jumpsuit.
Rude agents on the phone. Claim they never received my return - giving me excuse that due to what is going on, mail takes longer. No it does not - I am shopping online constantly and have had zero problems with any other company for purchases or returns. Don't waste your time ordering anything with this company.

On one order they claimed I ordered a top that I did not order but sent a dress instead. When I sent the dress back and asked for the correct item I heard nothing back then they charged me for the top I originally ordered but never received. One month later, still no refund.
Second order I placed among other things, I returned a top that was too big. One month later, I still don't have a refund. Their sizing chart is off on some items. Mostly too large. I can no longer do business with this Seller.

I have been ordering from Venus for several years. I have always been satisfied with all the clothing that I bought. When I did have a return it was very easy to do. Customer service has also been helpful when I needed them. I shop quite often and love doing so.

I was charged $7.00 for a return fee AND charged the difference for shipping on refund since I got "free shipping" for buying more than $75.

Although you do have the free return option for items that are returned for an exchange or Venus Wallet credit, you can be charged $6.95 if you choose to return items for a standard refund using the return label we provide. In addition, if you qualified for free ground shipping on orders $75.00 or more and return items that reduce the total below $75.00, you can be charged shipping as per the promotion guidelines. However, this charge is actually reimbursed to you in the form of an e-certificate so you may use it on a future purchase. I ordered from venus about 7 months ago I never received the package I called back package was delivered to another address. I was treated very badly I was told they cannot deliver to my address anymore I have gave them my sister's address and the same thing happened it was delivered to wrong address again. This time they had nothing to say. I think they r racist and this company is a white owner

Needles to say, I had not noticed it said "Final Sale". When I returned a bathing suit top. Of course they did not give me a return item, money nor a credit. So I lost out on $30. How is this ok? NEVER again will I order any thing from them again. I even canceled my subscriptions.:-{

I bought a bikini from Venus a month ago, and HATE it! Especially the top. It feels awful, fits awful, and looks awful! Very very poor material. Please AVOID them at all cost! I'm very upset that I just wasted $53 for a cheap ugly swimsuit... lesson learned. NEVER AGAIN.

I've been ordering from Venus for 2 years. Almost everything I have ordered Fit as expected using their sizing charts and reviews. If reviews says order size down I always do and never have a problem. I would rate the quality of the cloths as great. They use a lot of viscose, elastic etc material which requires special laundering ( gentle cycle/ line dry) which if tag laundering is followed the cloths maintain their shape, size and color. I feel they represent their items well in the photos from quality and look. I have placed over a dozen orders and they were always shipped within 3 days with their free shipping. Yes on a couple occasions I ordered back ordered items that were canceled but that happens with all stores and it's not a regular issue. If you follow the size charts and read reviews I think you will be satisfied and don't forget to sign up for their text alerts of their sales for coupons! One thing I wish they would change is to allow anyone to write a review for their purchases. With the 60-100 items I have ordered I have never been invited to write a review which surprises me since if you buy that much clothing from them you must like what your getting. Just a thought.

I reached out to customer service before ordering. I was told sizes are true to size and she told me what size Id need with my measurements. When the clothes were received they are too big! I cant return final sales and get charged for returns! This was there error! Is this what you do as a company when reaching out to customer service... LIE! I am never ordering here again and will let ithers know about this.

I have had a bathing suit in my cart of a week now and was ready to pull the trigger but i am definitely rethinking as i know bathing suits dont always fit correct and seeing as most reviews are stating I will be charged to return i am not about to be charged to ship to me to only be charged again to return ship. That seems ridiculous. Looks like ill be re-visiting Victoria Secret this year for my suit needs.

This includes sale items, clearance items and even swimwear that is in a new and unused condition. However, this policy does not cover final sale items. Final sale items can not be returned for an exchange or refund. If final sale items are returned, we are unable to re-ship the item to you or process credit for the item. We do provide return instructions with the package in the event you want to return an item. If you are returning from the United States and you decide to use the prepaid label that comes with the order and select to receive a standard refund to your bank card, we will deduct $6.95 from your return. I have been super satisfied with Venus.com. It is the only site where I buy swim wear, always fits perfectly, high quality, made in the USA. Their other items from Dresses to lingerie to accessories never disappoint. There customer service is fast and friendly. Returns/exchanges are fast and free. Great sales and promotions!

I absolutely love my hoodie. I ordered it 3 days ago and I didn't expect it to come so fast.
It came in today and I put it on and it fit me like a glove. The color and the style are exactly what was shown on the model.
I was afraid that it wouldn't look the same as in the picture, but it looks and fits perfectly. I am so impressed and happy with the purchase and with the company. Thank you so much Venus for taking such a good care of your customers!

So until now I loved Venus. Good quality clothes. I placed an order first thing in the morning.(8am) after reading that they can process same day orders if placed before 1pm on business days. So i placed my order and paid $15 extra to get the items next day on my $140 order. No big deal. I check online to see any updates hours later and nothing. I then reach out to online chat and the girl was so rude. She wouldn't answer any of my questions directly about my order so it was canceled. I called customer service to see the misunderstanding because I am aware that COVID has caused delays in many areas. When I spoke with another woman to see if she could reverse the order and have it placed but accommodate me with the extra money i paid on shipping that won't come in time. She said no. All they can do is re charge my card and hope in 5 days i get my money back from the other order. I will not order from here again. IN THE FUTURE PLEASE NOTIFY YOUR ONLINE SHOPPERS OF DELAYS

During this Co-vid pandemic I have been on the front line working 10-12 hours shifts since March.
I ordered a dress final sale, sadly I had lost weight and the dress was too big. The company REFUSED to refund me, return it to me or give me at the very least a credit for it THEY basically just took my money and said so sad to bad... and we will not allow you working yourself to death to return a dress and get your money or even a credit back to use at another time... Will NEVER EVER but another thing from them.

Horrible customer service! She laughed at me when o said I was having troubles! I'm an old lady and the instructions were confusing. I can't believe they don't like old people :(
My Aunt Ordered some items in late September. She called and told them that the items never came and was told that they "would look into it." After several months they are now refusing to take the items off of her account and are trying to force her to pay all types of interest for clothes she never received. She is on a fixed income and happy to pay for what she has gotten but not the items she never got. The calls in October were recorded but they do not care and are saying it is too late to do anything but send her more clothes for the amount of what was never sent. She does not want them and they are all but terrorizing her about owing them for what she never got. She is has been sobbing to me for the past several days. I am so angry at this so called company that prides itself on 30 years of good service. Good con is more like it.

Placed order for several items for my wife. Stated all was in stock. Order shipped but after it arrives they inform me the matching bikini bottom was sold out. Attitude of person dealing with me was so what. I will not be giving my business to them any more.

Answer: I've been buying from Venus FOR YEARS(!) so I was so surprised at all the bad reviews. Yes, occasionally I've been unhappy with a purchase BUT it's rare; and yes, there was a couple of items that I found "cheap-looking" (but I'm super-careful to read the material description prior to purchase - sometimes you can just tell). Their sizing surprises me though... I'm usually a large in regular & a XL in juniors BUT I always wear a Medium in Venus clothing (5'1", 115 lbs, 36D) - I'm thinking that they cater to the "busty"? (Or maybe the clothes ARE made in China?) Who knows... don't care... their clothes are different from anywhere else & I always get compliments - especially from my husband! However, after 15 + yrs as a customer, I must admit I was unaware they offered free returns (good to know :), but happy I've only returned 2 or 3 items & didn't have any issues - re-packed (w/in 30 days), dropped at PO & rec'd credit on my CC. My ONLY complaint with Venus is the prices; the trick is to wait for a sale (and PS, there prices change every 24-72 hours - NOT kidding!) Everyone has an opinion... if YOU like their clothes, give them a try & form your own - you may just be missing out on fashions that'll look great on you!

Answer: The quality of these closes are horrible! I bought a sweatshirt and the large pocket on the front was down on crooked and the seams on both sides were very uneven. The $70 boots I bought were awful. They both said 7 1/2 but 1 didn't fit at all and they both had holes in the shoes.
Answer: I am a perfect size 8 in say an Old Navy sweater which makes me a M. I am a M with Venus I feel their sizes are way closer to being realistic than say Victoria Secret. Apparently at Victoria Secrets no one has arms or hips. I'm 5'5,135 lbs, size 8 in normal close yet if I pay alot of money for say a dress that dress could be a 6, like at Nordstroms, Yet if I went into say Forever 21 just to get a shirt/sweater/dress chances are I would purchase a Large because they cater to teens.
