This website is a total scam. I purchased 4 pairs of shoes for a vacation. And I got the run around they first told me that they were waiting for a pair shoes that got back ordered then they told me my shoes got caught up in customs. It's been 2 months and have never received my shoes now they stopped emailing me back. This site needs to be taken down. Please do not purchase anything from this site they will take your money and run off with those cheap $#*! shoes there selling.

This is the worst website. I ordered two different pairs of shoes. When I received the first pair I received a size 5 for left foot and size 7 for right foot. Tried repeatedly contacting the company just gave me run around send this send that take a picture of package it shipped in. After that they tried to tell me not their company funny that is the company that got paid. Stay clear its a rip have to file a claim thru paypal since no one wants to help! NEVER AGAIN!

I ordered 3 pairs of shoes on 02/28/19. I received an email with Tracking on 03/01/19, that said all 3 pairs were in the shipment. Well, I received 1 of the 3 pair soon after, which were great. I thought I may be getting a separate email soon for an additional shipment, but never received any other tracking email for the other 2 pairs. On 03/29/19, I reached out to the support email for a status and asked for a refund if the items had not yet shipped. They responded the next day and said that the items were sent in separate packages and that the tracking would update within a few days. Mind you, they are saying that my existing tracking information, which is already DELIVERED at this point, will update with new info for the missing items. On 04/10, I reached back out and told them that I still had not received the items and to refund me. They then responded back with ONLY the tracking number - no text or anything, just the tracking number and you guessed it! The existing tracking number that is already showing delivered for the original pair of shoes. On 04/11, I am fuming and wrote back telling them that this is already the tracking number I have, and that they need to refund me IMMEDIATELY OR I AM REPORTING THEM. Then TODAY, hahahahahahaha, today! They email me back repeating what they already said, and provided a tracking link... HAHAHAHHAHAHAHA... TO THE SAME TRACKING NUMBER AS BEFORE... WTF. I AM AT A LOSS AND LOSING MY MIND!

I have filed a claim with my bank and am hoping to get my 70 bucks back!

So after a month of emailing them back and forth asking for a refund because I never received my order (it said 5-10 days)... I finally got my shoes. A month later. They look like the picture so the shoes are legit but I can't speak for everyone else. I did receive my order and the shoes do look like the picture. The customer service is trash though. They're very short and always respond with the same answer. I probably won't order from them again.

I need to update what happened with this company after I file a claim with PayPal they company send me valid tracking number through FedEx but be aware they send the package to completely different address but was send to the zip code where I live, this way they've been able to provide that the tracking number was deliverd in my town, PayPal doesn't want to pay me because they have a valid tracking number, my postal office delivered this, which was not me because was no my house was a completely different address just be aware this company is a scam I'm trying to prove now to to PayPay this matter I have to call the postal service they confirmed my address or name was in this package, hopefully i can get proof of this and show to paypal and get my money back so upset but I don't want these people to get away with this

I sure wish I would have seen these reviews before falling victim to this scam. And if you see them on social media and wonder why there are no comments, it's because they're deleting all the negative ones. They also do not allow for reviews on their social media pages.

I ordered 3 pair of shoes 5 weeks ago. I received a completely bogus tracking number from China. After not being able to track my order and the time that has passed, I sent a message to the company inquiring about the status. Their response simply consisted of sending me the bogus tracking info.

I actually did get a delivery today. But it only had 1 of the 3 pair of shoes. The other two are NOWHERE to be found! Additionally, the shoes were tossed into a plastic shipping bag/polymailer with absolutely no protection around them. Not even in a box! I ordered booties... the shoes are completely disfigured from being folded up and poorly packaged.

There is literally NO customer service! I tried one last time to inquire about where the other two pair of shoes are. If I don't hear something within 24 hours, I'll be reporting the fraudulent charges with my bank.

Save yourself the trouble, loss of money and headache and simply do NOT buy anything from this scam of a company.

I purchased a pair of sandals from this website after viewing it on an Instagram Ad. I normally don't fall for this but I was having an off-day and really wanted this pair of shoes. I figured, I would "treat myself". I have no issue buying things from China so I figured this wouldn't be a problem. I was so wrong! A few days after I purchase the shoes, I get an email confirming that my item has shipped. I was provided with a tracking number and when I go to check the status, the website (unsecure) says there is no shipping records found. I have attempted to contact their customer service by email several times and I have still yet to hear a response. Please do yourself a favor and save your time and money. Don't purchase from these scammers.

I placed an order on March 11th. On March 15th, I received an email with the notice that a shipment was on its way and some unrecognizable tracking number. There is no mention of how the order was shipped. I followed up with their "customer service" and received this response on April 2nd - Dear customer,
We are sorry for the all inconvenience to you. The item was already prepared well and will be sent to the post office. You will receive the order soon.

How is that helpful? So apparently the email with the tracking number was a complete lie since according to "Elaine" the item was prepared well and will be sent to the post office.
Thank goodness I used Paypal to pay and I will be filing a complaint so that I can get my money back from these scammers.
Probably should have know this was a rip off when the payment showed up on Paypal as rather than Varied Shoes as they advertise themselves!
