I placed an order 8 months ago and it is still showing "in transit". I have emailed the company at least 3 times and have never received a response. It is now January 2021.
Horrible experience. Got half my order 6 months later and the other half 9 months later. I got the run around. I demanded my money back but got zero response on that issue! They wouldn't even tell me how to return them. They were too small and I ended up donating them to women in a sober living house. Thats the only part that made me happy! I'm out $310.00!

I ordered 3 pairs of shoes and it took months to get and when they arrived they were the wrong sizes and none fit. They were super cheap and nothing like they looked on Instagram ad. When I asked to return them for a refund they asked me to keep them and give them to a friend then they would give me $5 off reordering them. WHAT kind of response is that? Paypal got involved and they offered $15, but I paid $75 so I did not take offer so they decided I can return them for refund, but when I looked into shipping them back to China it was 3x's what I paid. So how is this a business, such a SCAM! DON'T BUY! $90 lesson with shipping included :(
I ordered a paid of shoes in Jan 2020 with an expected delivery of 10-30 business days. We are now in August. After many attempts to contact the company I have been left with no other choice but to contact my bank and report fraud.
I ordered 3 pair shoes on 5/18/20 and it is now 8/8/2020 and I still have not received them yet. Can't get in touch with customer service.
They give you the run around and provide false shipping/tracking info when they finally decide to give you any information. I live in alabama they provided me with a shipment to California. Please don't waste your time or money
I waited nearly 2 months for these sandals and I wear size 11 and they send me a 5. I read the review before ordering. It's a shame to mislead hard working people like this this is why online shopping gets a bad rap. I want my money back. I will never get it, I will never recommend Valued shoes to anyone ever...
Very unprofessional, they give you the run around about your order, fake UPS ticket and the service sucks. Please do not ever order anything from them unless you want to end up with something you could have made yourself. I ordered four pair of shoes and my first order came, not in a box but plastic and they were sized a 11 but my foot said a 9 1/2 when I tried putting it on. I called my credit card company and waiting for the results.
DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I placed an order on March 14th after multiple emails and an escalation of claim to Paypal. The shoes were finally received on June 14th. Upon 1st wear, on June 19 they fell apart! Literally. The company does not reply to requests for refunds!
This "business" is definitely a scam. I've never seen the goods I paid for. The answers I've been given as the explanation from them when enquiring about the whereabouts of the goods were laughable and truly an insult to someone's intelligence. I said then I'd open a PayPal dispute and asked for my money back. They begged me not to, but I did it. Meanwhile, I checked their Facebook page. They disabled all the negative comments, but they couldn't disable angry emoticons. For me that was enough. PayPal has refunded me the full amount. I will now try and warn everybody not to have any dealings with them.
Never received order! Takes days/weeks to respond to emails, if they do at all. Then they are redundant & just tell you it's at post office, it shipped, it's in the usa. Each time I demand tracking number but they never once would provide tracking number! Liars & thieves - stay away!
I ordered a pair of shoes on April 6th and the website looked legit. They said my shoes had shipped on April 15, but the shipping tracking did not update for QUITE a while. I asked for a refund of my money after a month of waiting and they refused. The shoes did not actually ship until May 15th and I only just got them yesterday June 18th. I did not know in advance this was an international shipment, but I have gotten international shipments quicker than 2 months! The shoes are cute, but I am never buying from this site ever again. Not worth the hassle.
After 3 months and multiple messages still no shoes. Twice they "shipped" my shoes but shipping only shows that a label was created and they are awaiting the shipment. I emailed multiple times and got the run around. Finally I told them to cancel my order and I called my credit card company and disputed the charges. They may not send the shoes but they're not getting my money either. This is a total scam so don't get sucked in. I'll be checking on places from now on because I am now dealing with another place same thing.
Made a purchase beginning of March and it is June and still have not received anything. Every time I email them I get a phony tracking number. They will first tell you your order is stuck at the airport. I paid using my PayPal account t so I currently have a claim open with them to get my $99 back. Do not order from this site!
I have been trying to contact this company regarding a return with no resolution. The website for returns is a loop. It doesn't go anywhere. Very frustrating.
I ordered shoes (against better judgement) on March 10th. Well... after numerous emails and a promised product... it is now May 26th and no shoes.
Their customer service is abominable and their methods are a colossal failure.
I dont write reviews often but when I do... (insert "most interesting (wo)man in the world meme here). I have started a PayPal complaint and am waiting. I let the company know they would get crap reviews if I didnt get any information. The information I received was "its on the way and should be there soon". Mind you, this was the same lame-o memo I got a month ago. Yes. I took Covid into account but I have gotten things from other countries faster. Scam, buddy, scam.
UPDATE: I purchased through PayPal. I filed a complaint. MIRACULOUSLY I received shoes on 6/10. THREE months and complaints.
The shoes are "ok". I would still advise not dealing with this company as they are slack until you take them to the mat.
This company will just take your money. Do NOT order from this company. It is a scam. They give a lot of excuses when you question them about your order when it never arrives; they do not track shipments. Do NOT order from them.
