As many others have stated, it took over a month for my order to arrive when the stated delivery time ins 10 days. I was understanding that sometimes things just get backed up. However when I received my order of three pairs of shoes, one pair of shoes looked significantly different than what was listed on the website, and another pair came in completely the wrong size (three sizes too small). I emailed customer service to notify them they sent me the wrong size and they simply suggested I just gift them to a friend who wore that size?! I told them that was a completely unacceptable response, and then they stated if I wanted to return them I would have to pay the return shipping. Why I would have to pay for a mistake the company made it beyond me. I have now gone back and forth with customer service 12 TIMES trying to get the to either send me the correct size or refund me, and they never directly address my statements. They keep just resending me the tracking number confirming I received the order as if that solves anything.

Absolutely terrible customer service, lack of responsibility, and fraudulent mischaracterizations of their products and services.

Just wanted to write in to say that this site is in fact NOT a scam, I got super nervous after waiting over 3 weeks to receive the shoes so I googled and read these reviews so I started thinking... oh man they got me. Then today, weeeeeks later, they FINALLY arrived! It took them 9 weeks from the day I ordered til I received them but not gonna lie, I love the shoes and they are worth the wait. (They should probably make it known that it would take over 2 months to receive in the mail if you live in USA, just for peace of mind!)

I ordered an adorable pair of shoes on March 28th and still have not received them. I emailed them 2 weeks ago inquiring of the delivery date as the tracking number did not work. They stated that they were sorry for the inconvenience and that due to their busy period the shoes may be stuck at the post office. They asked that I wait a few days because they would arrive shortly. I waited a few days and emailed again demanding to know when the shoes would arrive. They stated the same thing to me. At that point I got pretty angry and demanded a refund, as their policy stated that the shoes would arrive in around 10 business days. They asked that I check my bank account for the refund. Well they never refunded my account. There is no pending refund either. I will be contacting my bank account to dispute this charge. WORST ONLINE SHOE COMPANY! CONSUMERS BE AWARE AND SAVE YOURSELF TIME, MONEY, AND IRRITATION. Shop elsewhere!

I ordered shoes, they sent me a tracking number that never changed status (China Post) "no record of shipment." I opened a Paypal case for non-receipt of item. Three weeks later, Varied sent a US FedEx tracking number (they are in China) and THAT package was supposedly delivered yesterday. Guess what? No package and no proof of delivery. PayPal closed the case I opened because the package status shows it was delivered. No refund. No shoes.

Dont waste your time or money with this site. I received to different emails saying my order had shipped and a month later only received one pair of shoes that were too small. Contacted customer service through email and after several emails they told me my other never left the facility due to it being sold out. I continued to ask for a refund and wanted to return my item I received and was told it would be very costly to return the order. Poor customer service because they never address the issue and different people respond to your emails. Will not order from this company again...

I, like most of you, fell for this BS site. I ordered my shoes almost TWO MONTHS AGO. Was sent a faulty tracking number, received multiple emails about the whereabouts of my shipment.
They said "it was sent to the post office" and "just give us a few days and it'll arrive". Should have done my research before I even bought anything. It seems like the language they're using doesn't make sense. I specifically asked for the name of the post office TWICE. And now they want to tell me it's still in China?! See my emails below. Will go to my bank and file for fraud charges. Will hopefully see some sort of refund. DO NOR ORDER FROM THIS SITE!

I bought a pair of wedge sandals. I ordered them on March 6th. They charged my credit card right away. I didn't receive them till April 18th. In between that time I was sent 2 links to a tracking system that didn't work. I had emailed them to question these links and didn't receive a response. Anyhow the shoes are disappointing. I ordered a size 8 but they're too big. Also the sandals arrived wrapped in plastic -no box which I thought was odd. The sandals also have no name on them nor the size printed on the bottom or sides. Another odd thing. The fabric/faux suede is cheap -very thin. I am debating whether to try to return them as it was a hassle to receive them in the first place. I learned my lesson... photos on line can be deceiving and there is a reason why these sandals were priced so cheap too!
