So first I got the wrong product ngl I still haven't sent it back I'm too busy with taking care of everyone else I haven't taken care of my own stuff tbh they probably won't see it til mid November or early December while I'm out shopping. So I sent the pictures of everything including the invoice and they fixed it within like three maybe four days I got the right package and they sent me an email to send back the other thing they're super sweet don't get me wrong it was just a lot to get someone else's order lol y'all I got anxiety. I almost said $#*! it but the hoodie I bought is EXPENSIVE and I wanted what I ordered yknow.
