I bought a set of lingerie by Killstar on the site. The sizing chart they use is so utterly confusing and inaccurate, it's incredibly unhelpful. It would serve customers much better to either size them using standard band/cup measurements, or just list the measurements so we can figure it out ourselves. It doesn't help to then exclude lingerie from your return policy, but list "30 day refund GUARANTEE" in three different places on each lingerie item on the site. If lingerie is excluded, DON'T PUT THE GUARANTEE IN THE LISTING.

That's the first email. I sent: I'm a first time customer and I got a t-shirt and it was supposed to be a XL, but it was not. I sent you some pictures so you could see for yourself. I would send it back for a return but as it was not worth the shipping cost, I would spend more on the shirt then I spent in my discount. So I will Not be buying any more clothing but I did love the flower pot I got, So maybe more stuff like.

I ordered a hoodie and sweatpants. They look great, fit great and they are very comfortable, soft and warm. I also ordered a journal and it looks awesome as well.
The customer service is quick to respond, so I'm also satisfied with that.
The shipping (international, to Canada) took around 3 weeks. I had an unpleasant surprise with custom costs, but that is outside the control of the company and they do warn you beforehands.

I ordered a t shirt. It smelt amazing when it arrived and the shirt was very soft, so at first I was very happy with it. But then the print started to chip off at the first day of wearing it, before I even washed it.

I placed my order on September 13th not September 24th. I didnt receive the item until October 03rd. I was not i informed that I would need to pay additional taxes plus duty on the item. I will not be using your site again because with the additional charges an item that cost me approximately $170 CAD through your web site to over $240 CAD. I paid for shipping so it shouldnt have taken 3 weeks to get and your web site should have been up front about the customer being responsible for taxes and duties upon recipt of the item. I will not be using your website again
