While two of the three appraisals came back less than I had hoped, the explanations as to the reasoning for the value was extremely fair and acceptable. We all think our stuff is worth more due to sentimental value, right? When I had classified one as porcelain instead of sculpture, I reached out, they reevaluated and provided a new appraisal.

Thought the valuation is way too low cause have seen similar ships model being sold over 30000 USD over 2 decades ago. Moreover this model is handmade, to scale and is 70 years old

After buying 5 credits & submitting 2 items for appraisal I have to say I'm disappointed.
This company provides a general appraisal that is not certified so you don't know who truly looks at your items. This is my mistaken and I was not aware there was a difference until I contacted customer service.
I'm not quite sure what purpose this generic type of appraisal would be used forsince it is not certified.
I found that from the very beginning, the Value My Stuff website clearly explained the three easy steps at requesting a valuation. The basic information requested from me, as well as photographic images were an easy matter to undertake; the website is one of the easiest to work through. Most surprising was the expeditious manner in which my request for valuation was handled, and the results returned to me. Overall a most satisfying result from this highly professional and skilled company.

It was thorough. I'm disappointed however because it indicated that the vase was more of a Japanese replica of satsuma and not a real one so it was valued at the cost of the appraisal which is a bummer
I have submitted several antique items for appraisal and I have been quite satisfied and will continue to use Value My Stuff.
I was disappointed that the signed and dated signature on my lamp did not add more value. Granted it could have been a forgery but I used light from this lamp until we got electricity in 1947.

I have toted these dishes around for years being very careful knowing in my heart they had very little value. Now I know.
Its an expensive service and the value is a dissapointment when i look on ebay and other actionsites historicly
The review was professional but not sure if all items were taken into account. The item for this artist has collection in the museum de Orsay Paris france. But the reviewer could not look a the links provided to see if full review could be made. So it felt the review was half hearted. Again for 25 Euros. I guess that is what we get a half-hearted review
