I didn't experience any troubles with the site. I searched for my book, found a good used alternative, added it to the cart and payed. Very quick, simple and painless. Prices were better than elsewhere (including the famous baby chicken egg site!).
I've been ordering from this site for YEARS, and I've only had one small issue, that a VERY friendly customer service representative was able to solve with one short phone call. I recommend this site to my college friends aaaaall the time!

My books were cheaper on this website and the book conditions were explained well. I loved the feature of putting in the ISBN number for your book; my books were found with no issue, and the check out process was easy.
Good Prices but, unfortunately, the tabs to inputting the address needs to be unlock it can be really frustrating

I like this website alot but I need a coupon code or something, I am a very poor college student who can hardly pay for my books.
The prices on the books were great. However, as many other reviews mention, their shopping cart is a mess. It intentionally uses Google Maps to populate the City, State and Zip. And it GM can't get it right, sorry about your luck. No manually changing those fields. Even the customer service people say they can't change it. And this is intentional. I had to use a neighbors address to place my order. The customer service chat was fast and friendly, just not able to do anything about the system. Now lets hope all the books I ordered get delivered without any issues.
The book was fairly cheap and if the book condition is as good as described, it will be worth my while

This site is one that it thinks you live where you do, when in fact, it can't get the address correct, THEN when you edit the address, it won't let you input the correct city.
I paid over $500 on textbooks for this last semester and was not going to do it again. I'm glad I found this site! I saved $70 on renting through here vs buying this book through school. Thanks ValoreBooks.
User friendly and great prices for buying used or renting. I have used this site multiple times. No problems with initial shipping or returns. Smooth overall process.
The prices on books are great overall; however, the shipping is a bummer when you're buying multiple items. I tried looking for a coupon code to no avail. Glad I was able to get the books I needed and not spend an arm and a leg but just bummed about shipping for EACH item. I like Valore and I have been ordering from them for several years through undergrad and now graduate school.
The website is so hard to order. I looked online and they have been having the same problems for over a year. I wasn't able to put in the address and the price kept switching.
Great price. Beat Amazon, including its marketplace, and eBay. Best price on Google shopping, which is where I found it. Now I have a new bookstore on my list. Easy to use. So far, so good.
