Throughout my college textbook search, this site has always been the cheapest for me. I recommend this to every college student if your budget is tight! I have never had any problems with them in the past and always got the book in a timely matter. THANK YOU! :)

This website is easy to use, I like that there are all formats of the textbooks needed. Its nice to be able to either rent, buy new or used. I've never not found a text book I was looking for. They even have international options. The returns are easy. I do kinda think that its ridiculous to offer textbook buy backs and it being one penny, that would be my only complaint at least make it worth a dollar because whats the point in selling 12 textbooks and only getting under $1.
This site is the best for buying textbooks and I literally don't go to any other sites to look for my books anymore. I load up my cart at the beginning of every semester, and I'm good to go. This semester I was able to get all 11 textbooks for $279! No where beats that!

I can always seem to find the text books I'm looking for at the best prices, but occasionally the shipping is a problem. I've paid for expedited shipping a time or two but not gotten the books within the time stated. Tracking is usually not reliable. So, if time isn't an issue, I would definitely recommend this site.

Good rental price, but when I tried to input my address, the website wouldn't let me input my city, state or zip. Had to contact customer service and clear my cookies to get it to work. Not good!

Same city, state, zip issues. They want you to use their drop down 'guess' address menu instead of letting you enter it in. This is not a normal data field entry selection for most people and I almost gave up. They're surely missing out on a lot of orders from people who don't try it again and by chance click on the little pop up when putting in the street to make it fill out the rest.
Very easy except it wouldn't let me enter my full mailing address so I had to enter my physical address and hope that I get my package!
When I went to fill out the city, state, and zip code, they were greyed out and wouldn't let me type. I had to type it in the address line and get it to autofill. If you're new to this site it wouldn't work for you though.
Found a coupon for 5% off and there was no area to enter the code at checkout. Being one who is sensitive about education and money, the website will only get one star for the trickery.
I placed rental order for a book at $29.50. The order went through. Then i got email couple days later that the order was cancelled. I replaced the order. But this time i had to pay $39.95 to rent the same book.
