Purchased 3 blouses all size medium. One to small couldn't even get over shoulders, other to large would stay on shoulders. Wanted to return and get money back. They offered me some a refund that wasn't even the cost of one blouse. I just want to return them and get my money back.

My wife purchased 2 items. They are clearly labeled "made in China". The Valanio's website says their clothing is made in South Carolina. I questioned this on their Facebook page, my comment was removed within an hour! Buyer beware!

Awful stay away. Impossible to get a refund.I paid $85 for 3 items.They wanted to refund me $14. Kept making offers. Never would give me their address to return. There is no phone number or address for this company.

I ordered 4 tops and wore one which was great - the others are the same size but do not fit! Too large - very unflattering. Have written numerous times and they keep trying to offer me $21 for items worth $102! Very disappointing - states easy returns on website - not true at all! Also, because first shirt fit I mistakenly ordered another and a couple of dresses (assuming the others would fit but hadn't yet had an occassion to wear so didn't realize.) None of the 2nd order fit and immediately tried to return - they offered $95 for $184.96 of items that I am tryi8ng to return. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

I ordered 4 tops. 3 I actually have kept and worn. The 4th one I have been tryimg since they arrived to return. NO paperwork was included inside or outside of my packaging. No name or info on any of the tops either. When you try to return they require your Order number but with no paperwork you can't/ They don't answer your emails and via phone same issue. I won't order again as customer servous is NON EXISTENT!

They are a scam. They sell the same crappy clothes from China( not Canada or Australia) that don't look at all like the pictures, in several websites. I don't like to give reviews, but if this can help somebody else, it will be worth it. I gave them one star because there is nothing less to give.

Please Always check these sites on Site Jabber or Trust Pilot before ordering. I almost fell for bc of a really cute top supposedly made in South Carolina, but it was a scam. Thank God I didn't order. Not sure why Facebook Meta allows them to advertise on their platform.

Took 6 weeks to arrive. Product was not up to par. Poorly made. Wouldn't let me return anything. Offered me $20 credit for bad shopping experience. Led me to believe I would get full refund,. No refund given, I was stuck with bad product. Would not ever buy from this company again.

Do not believ anything Valnio has on their site. I ordered some shirts Two months ago still have not received one item. Shipping says two to four weeks Now 8 weeks. I would never ever buy anything from this comapny again. Told them to cancel my order and return my money but have not heard a word from them. Save your money.

The clothing is not made in the USA as stated on their website. This is misrepresentation and fraudulent.
Stay away from this company and save your time and money.

Slow shipping that never made it to me. Horrible customer service with slow replies. They refused to refund my shipping. I guess I'm lucky to even get a refund. All of this took over a few months to conclude. Save yourself time and money and completely avoid this company.

I purchased 6 items from this company $239.11 in total, the wrong size was sent and they didn't look like the picture, asked for a return label to send back and the address for returns was in Dubai, postage to send it back was $348.22 more that what I purchased. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Stay away from this company. If your clothes that you ordered do not fit, they only offer you a few dollars. They keep going back and forth with me with different amounts, and I told him I want to full refund because they don't fit me. What am I supposed to do with the clothes if they don't fit me. They told me to keep them in they'll give me $25 for $80 worth of clothes no way. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.

I purchased what I thought would be the perfect dress for mother of the bride. It's horrible and they won't refund my money. Crooks don't purchase from them. So disappointed both with the quality of the dress and the company. Plan to contact Department of Justice to see if they can help. By the way they said their office is located in Dubai. Just DON'T, DON'T DON'T buy from them. Selected one because I had to, preferred to not to select any. Wish I had seen these reviews instead of ones on their site.

Terrible service! Extremely slow delivery. Returns are impossible. They try to $#*!erson with you to pay you a small sum to keep the item you want to return. They claim they are in U.S. but when you want to return something they say you have to send the item to Dubai. Avoid this site!

I am attaching my email response back to Valanio: Customer Service:
My email to you was a simple and honest one and stated that "Items received are not at all what I expected. Material much too light and simply not at all as pictured on your website." Your response of "Sorry. We accept the return with quality problems (damage) and accept the exchange for size problems" is actually what I expected after reading a huge amount of website reviews and warnings against purchasing from Valanio - then finding the large amount of complaints filed with the Better Business Bureau and the FCC. Valanio is using the word "Quality" to mean damage only as stated in your email. Since that is the case the company needs to correct its website and state that - letting customers know up front that if you the customer are dissatisfied with their purchase that's just too bad. For a company or any company to sell online and not expect that customers may not like (for whatever reason) the actual item received is unrealistic. Quality is "Conformance to Customer Expectations". Valanio website states "With decades of retail experience, our founder has learned the best and worst ways a company can operate." CLEARLY the founder missed the boat. Without customers you have no business - and I am willing to bet it won't be much longer that Valanio will be in business AND rightly so.

This "company" is a complete scam. I ordered 2 tops and they took about a month to arrive. The quality and style was NOTHING like the pictures they show. So bad, I wouldn't even use them as rags. I emailed to request a return and refund. They offered me $8 to keep them! I wrote again to request a refund and return and got this: Dear customer:
We are really sorry our items are not meet your expectation, we only offer free return for quality problem, not for all returns.
You need to pay shipping cost for return, if you don't want to return, we can offer refund US$13 for your order as compensation, can you keep it?

Anyone reading this review should immediately drop this website from their list of possible sellers. Classic bait and switch. Show something that appears to be quality and then ship another. And they won't pay for return and only will offer you a small credit to keep items. Avoid Avoid Avoid
