I've been trying to get a return authorization for both shirts only to be told thru their online chat that I can keep both and get a 9 dollar credit. I don't want to keep two shirts that are too small and what would I do with a 9 dollar credit?! They will not reply to emails and it takes days to get answers through their online chat!

The jacket I ordered is not at all it described. It's cheap thin not a sweatshirt it looks like something a 90-year-old woman might like to wear and I can't return it. The shirt I have is awful. I don't like it at all and I can't return that either. Don't order from this company. It's a scam. The last picture is what I ordered and paid for. Clearly not

Do not do business with this company! Very dishonest. Goods are not made in South Carolina. When you try to return an item for refund they tell you to mail it to Dubai!

I ordered 2 items in 12/4, they supposedly shipped on 12/18. I was told to be patient and wait 12-16 days it's been more and I asked for a refund twice and they just keep saying to be patient. Unacceptable

I just received my second year order from Valanio. I absolutely love everything I've ordered. This is a REAL REVIEW. If anyone wants to contact me to confirm what I'm saying they are free to do so. Everything I have ordered both last year and this year I have received in about 2-3weeks. Sizes were fine, with one dress needing should straps shortened 1 inch. Bit lovely clothes! I will order next year again.

I ordered clothes, all the same size I've been for 30 years and all of them were way too small. When I contacted this company about returning, they said keep them and we will give you $60 of the $200 you spent. I refused the offer and the will give me $88 of the $200. DO NOT BUY From the Company!

I ordered two items. They were far too smaill. When I tried to return them for a refund, they said, keep the items and we will offer you a $12.00 refund. My order was $88.11! I have two items I can't use and no refund. Also, the items were shipped from China so clearly they aren't made in South Carolina. Even if the items had fit, the fabric was nothing close to how it appeared in the pictures on the website. Really really cheesie material. Do not order from these guys. Major rip off! Zero customer service!

First, the clothes are not made in South Carolina. That's total bs.
Second, the quality of the fabric is awful - completely synthetic.
Third, the sizing is way off.
Fourth, forget about what they say about returns. I tried to return my entire order and they told me to keep it and send $20.00 for shipping of a different size. Customer Service stopped responding when I refused to do that.
Thankfully, I advised my bank of this scam and they reversed the charges. So I got my money back and will donate the 3 shirts if someone wants them. Don't shop with them!

I I have been trying to get a refund for months. I made my request 7 days after I got my shirt. Scammers. They sent email after email offering 10% off - then 20% off - instead of a full return. They will not give a refund. The shirts are the size of childrens clothes and I cannot get a refund. Total scammers. Stay away.

I ordered 3 shirts for $102, spending that much because they advertise "easy returns", and "shipped from America". The clothing was cheap and defective-seams sewn inside out! When I requested to return, they offer me $23 and tell me I can keep the product. Why do I want to keep anything that is unusable? Their shipping is in Dubai, not America, and to return the items cost more than $100. NOTHING WAS AS ADVERTISED! I don't understand how companies like this are allowed to remain in business, when everything about them is fraudulent.

I wish someone would have honestly reviewed this place before I purchased their GARBAGE clothing! DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR LIES. THEY ARE NOT AN AMERICAN COMPANY and their products are cheap. I'm sending it back. Had to give 1 star to post review...give them none!

I bought six different tops and I spent over $300 Canadian. When I bought the tops, I ordered according to actual size that they listed on their website. In my case I ordered a small they were perfect fitting. Did not have any discrepancy from what their website stated. At one point I wanted to change one of the tops, this was before the order had been filled for delivery. Someone got back to me quickly and asked for specifics, so they knew which top to replace it with. Everything went perfectly, and within no time they had change the order and sent me confirmation that the new top I wanted was included.

Shipping was reliable, and informative. I got a tracking number as soon as the items were shipped. I was able to use that tracking item on my own Canadian Canada post as well as a different tracking site if I wanted. The package arrived early in the day exactly when I have been notified it would.

Honestly, I have had nothing but a really good experience with this company. I most definitely would buy again through this company without any hesitation whatsoever.

In regards to where the products are made, I do not have confidence that they are made in North Carolina, and I do see the word China on the tags. However, the clothing items are attractive, well-made, stylish, and feel nice to touch, so it really makes no difference to me where they are made.

I thought the tops I received were cute but they weren't even close to correct size, a red flag for made in China and not South Carolina. Their website says easy returns but it is quite the opposite. I, too, keep getting refund offers but not close to what I paid and the tops don't work, I need my money back! Unfortunately, my credit card company will take the hit and reimburse me. Do not buy from this company.

BUYER BEWARE! The clothing runs extremely small, and if you want to return it, you have to pay for shipping to DUBAI! Their ads say the garments are manufactured in South Carolina. FALSE. Clearly, this is a horrible, fraudulent company to do business with.

Material was cheap, thin and terrible. Size was nowhere close to true! I was offered $30 & to keep the product that is unwearable! I requested to return for full refund and awaiting a response...

I bought 2 items. The blue dress is very nice and fits me well. I will wear this to a wedding next weekend. I only bought the white blouse so I could get free shipping. But the size is wrong and I want to return it or if they want I picked another top for an exchange but there is no return address. The only one I have is in Ontario where it was sent after first place but the tag is underneath and I can not read it.Then to my Province. The tracking was very good and came in 2 weeks. Last year I ordered 3 tops giving one to my friend for Christmas and she loves it. Unfortunately the other 2 tops I said xl but should have said a size larger now the 2 tops hangs in my closet. I really wish I looked at these reviews before I ordered. When I asked for a return address they did not send it to me.

They advertise made in South Carolina. My order arrived with cheap, ill-fitting material labeled as made in China. No ability to return, they kept trying to bargain with me to accept a refund of a lower amount. My credit card company is now handling this!

I bought 2 tops from these people. I kept one top and am trying to return the other top that is poor quality and it had a hole in it, so it was defective. I have been going around and around with them to have them send me a return label so I can return the defective top. They refuse to send me the return label. I have now contacted my credit card company and disputed the charge.

I agree with everyone else...This company is a SCAM! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

I ordered 3 tops for $99.89. They do not fit, too small. For over a week now I've been going back and forth with customer service. I said they don't fit and asked how I can return them. They offered me a larger size, told me to keep the order and just pay $19.99 shipping and gave me a link for pay pal. The link seemed sketchy and didn't work. So, I told them that and asked how to return and get a refund. They offer me $21 and keep the order. I respond saying no, I don't want the order because they don't fit and I paid $99, not $21! They offer me $31. Then offer me $52 and I kept the same response. Final offer $55 but this time they say I can return if I insist. Yes, I want to return so please give me an address! Email #20, I finally get an address and it's in DUBAI and I shall be " borne" the shipping costs. Once they receive the order they said they will give me a refund. I have no idea what it costs to send to DUBAI but I'm thinking it's a lot. This is where I'm at right now. I did write back saying I thought you were in South Carolina?! I am going to call my bank and try to dispute. As far as the tops, they are cute but extremely thin and run small. I would NOT do business with this company EVER again!
