PLEASE DO NOT ORDER! I ordered from them almost two months ago. I didn't hear from them for weeks and I had no tracking. I was told originally I would have the shirt in 10 days. Finally I sent an email asking for a status. I was informed that one shirt would take an extra 2 weeks so they could ship them now and send the other later or wait for all. I said I would wait. Fast forward a total of 6 weeks and I get my shirts. Two shirts fit to size, the other one is at a minimum 2 sizes too big. It looks like a dress. All 3 shirts are marked as large. I send a request to customer service. I'm first told that they will ship me a new shirt but I have to pay for the shipping - they don't want the old one back. This means I not only paid 41.99 plus tax for the shirt but because they made an error I need to pay for additional $15 shipping? I decline and say I would like a refund on that shirt and I will send the giant shirt back. They reply saying they will give me $15. I say no, I want my refund of $41.99 plus tax and I'll return the shirt or you can send me the correctly sized shirt at your cost At this point I have went back and forth at least 4 times with them replying with ridiculous "offers" for refund., and they end each email with "anything we can do for you." Their last "offer" to rip me off was for $25. Awful experience! I'd be happy to share the emails since they have refused to do the right thing.

This company lies about being an American company making their clothing in South Carolina! They are a Chinese company selling cheaply made clothing. Do not buy from them!

I placed an order for three items on May 9th based on two pieces of information on their website:

1. "Valanio.com is proud to offer its great products at fabulous prices to customers across the globe. Our products are all made in South Carolina, U.S.
So our products are shipped quickly, and they are all manufactured in and shipped from the United States. In addition to bolstering the US economy by increasing jobs, it also means a speedier delivery for our customers in the U.S. and other countries. What's not to love?"

2. "Easy Return Policy".

This information is completely FRAUDULENT!

First of all, the shipping was not speedy. It took 2 1/2 weeks to get my order. Only two of the three items were sent to me. The clothes I did get did not fit well and I didn't like the fabric at all. When I went to request a return authorization for the two items that I wanted to return and ask about getting credit for the item that I did not received, this is the correspondence that I received from a series of emails:
-"This item has been refunded to your original payment account because it was sold out." (not true-I did not receive a credit.
-"We can give you US$16. Can you accept it? You don't need to return the clothes to us. Is it acceptable?" (my return was valued at $90.08, so I said NO WAY.)
-"How about we make you a partial refund of US$28 as a way to make up for this? Or you can return it to our Dubai address, and the freight will be borne by you." (I have to return clothing that is made in and shipped from South Carolina to Dubai? WTH?)
-"this is the only return address: No 47 107 Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, UAE *******0571. Once you send, please give us the return tracking number. We will refund the money ASAP after receiving the package, and we wont bear the shipping cost. We apologize for any inconvenience to this matter. Thank you for your understanding." (After this reply, I went to my credit card to file a dispute due to fraudulent claims on their website and for not getting credit back for the item that I did not receive. I'm currently waiting for the results of that.)

Fraudulent information on their website, terrible return policy and customer service, poor quality clothing. Everything looks great on their site, but don't buy it. You'll be sorry, as I am.

This Company may distribute out of a SC warehouse but the clothes are not made in the US. They have no tags, most likely a company out of china. The company goes by many different names but are all from the same parent company. Other names are Azzlee, Keppal, Deuyo, Aderez and there are more, they just keep popping up on facebook ads. I bought 4 dresses from one of these companies called "Lsoru". Total $170. Within 5 days I tried them on and all but one was way too big and were made of thin material. My son said they looked like curtain material. I tried to return 3 of the 4 and they offered me $17.50 refund. We email back and forth and their final was $40 refund and wanted me to keep the dresses to avoid my having to pay a "large" shipping fee. They always answered in the middle of the night (which would be daytime in China) and their composition of English was not good, again pointing to not being based in the US. I ended up keeping the dresses and accepting the $40. I will never buy from any these companies again. If they advertise that they are based in SC, BEWARE!

My experience mirrors the other comments. I can't get anyone to give me the address of the company so I can send the items that were too small for me back. The replies I did get from them were written in very poor English, indicating the writers didn't speak English as their 1st language. It seems they are not willing to accept returns and I will take the advice of one of the other reviewers and contact my credit company. Do not order from Valanio!

This company advertises clothing made in America but the company is located in China. They are a scam. Package shipped to unknown destination and was never sent to the post office. Do not order anything from them. Their only response is the package shipped but it didn't because there is no record of it arriving at the post office.

Sizing is off with the top not matching the bottom. I ordered an xl and the top fits like a medium. Protect your $$ and go with Amazon and its hassle free return policy. It's been 3 weeks and we're still fighting about returning the items.

Says made in USA on website, but shipping from China. Hmmmmm...Something is fishy and not right..

I should have read these reviews before I placed my order :( They all reflect my experience with Valanio. They are based in Dubai, definitely not in the US. They do not want you to return anything and as others, they offer you a small $ amount to just keep the items. If you just want a larger size, the exchange will cost you too. Fortunately I have a great credit card company who provided me my full credit. Don't need Valanio for this. Definitely avoid them!

I purchased 3 dresses from them. They said made and shipped from South Carolina. After waiting 3 weeks, dresses showed up. They don't fit and the material is so thin, you can see through it. I asked for a return authorization, per their return policy, for a full refund. They started negotiating a refund and told me to keep the product. Refund started at $14, then $29, then $44, then $70 and final offer of $80. I told them I wanted to return and receive a full refund and they said I'd have to return the items to their distribution warehouse in Dubai! They are a scam.ripoff! I've filled a claim with the FTC. AVOID THIS COMPANY... if that's what you want to call them!

I knew the shipping was going to be about 2 weeks and it came in about 12 days. It was coming from England I believe. I ordered three tops, they were exactly how represented in the pictures. I'm Medium in American clothes and the Medium fit me perfectly. I was really impressed with the quality of the tops and I am so excited to wear them this summer. I wish I had looked at reviews before i purchased 2 dresses from them. They are nothing like what they claim. They are made poorly out of paper thin material, look terrible on and off. They are not made in SouthCarolina, which they claim and the only reason I thought it would be ok. They are made in China. They offered me $16 and to keep these ugly dresses instead of refunding the $98. I spent. I sent them back an email declining and, not surprisingly I have heard nothing from them.

Stay away. Return policy is a joke sizing is incorrect. Poor customer service and slow customer replies.

I spent about $130 on 3 items from this store. It said the clothes were made in America which is why i splurged. It took about 3 weeks for the items to arrive. They look nothing like the pictures. The material is really crappy. This is definitely a scam and i dont know how they could be allowed to advertise the clothing as being made in America when its being shipped from China. Total waste of money

They are a scam. They don't care if the cloths fit or that it is of very poor quality. The web site offers return for store credit but they don't accept returns. What a scam! DON'T PURCHASE

The ad said garments were made in South Carolina which is mainly why I purchased - label clearly states made in china - as such the fabric is crap - some sort of stretchy polyester junk that clings in the most unflattering way to even minor bumps and bulges - and sizing is way off as is typical for "made in china" clothing - not sized for western women - I followed their sizing guidelines but the 3 tops I received were 2 sizes less - sleeves were short and super snug and tight all over - patterns looked great in ad but were a joke - just printed on - and at an average of $30 each were not cheap - I can do better at Kohl's -

Very cheaply made, clothing does not look like what is advertised. My size medium is more like xl. Very thin and the dress gaps pretty badly and the dress is too big

I should have gone with my instinct and not bought anything. Purchased 4 dresses and all are horrible and when I tried to return them it was a nightmare and still is - they really do not have a return policy. They say they will refund you a fraction of the cost and to keep the items. When you tell them you just want to return the entire order, they start to bargain with you on a refund and tell you to keep the items. They don't even want their own items back. I feel like a sucker!

I wanted to return 3 items, that looked pretty cheap. They said they would only refund $45 out of $103.
Very dissapointing will never buy from them again.

I ordered 3 items that took over 2 weeks to receive and very poor communication as to their whereabouts. I tried on all 3 items, of which 2 I instantly did not like the material. The third looked the best but the material was very itchy. I am trying to return and I keep getting offers to give me a portion of my money and to keep the items. UUUUUuuuuugh! The photos on the website does not match much of what is being sent. The return label is definitely not from South Carolina, and the wording of the emails is not your standard English writing. I am still trying to get a return out of this, but will definitely not be buying again. Stay away from them. This is NOT the clothing you are looking for!

I'd rate them lower, but that's the lowest I can go. The worst experience ever on internet shopping.
