The talent and enthusiasm at Cirque Adrenaline 2.0 was marvelous! Slinky creatated fun audience participation with lots of laughs. The Auto Museum has 5 showrooms of fabulous restored cars from 40s-90s. A great walk down memory lanes. The autimated dinosaur exhibit was great & young children would especially love it.
Was easy to book this dinner cruise thank you. This is my first time on this cruise. If all goes well I am sure we will book it again.

Waiting over one hour for our Trolley that would have enough space to accommodate us was crazy. We didn't find out that the last ride back to our resort would be 6pm. We were not told that stops7, 8, 9, 10 would not be available... Needless to say we got over 12,000 healthy steps in and had to hire a Lyft driver to get back to Wyndam Resorts. Places we had planned to get off we stayed on because we didn't want to wait hours to catch an available ride. The signage boasted BEST TROLLEY TOUR IN NASHVILLE... NOT, our drivers were interesting and cordial.
This is a very good website to purchase excursions! This is a vacation we will never forget! We can't wait for this day to get any closer! If we could go now we would!
Didn't know we had to go pick up tickets once in Gatlinburg, if I'd have known I wouldn't have ordered them until we were in Gatlinburg.

The vendor Redneck Comedy Bus Tour Smokies was not the family experience expected from the advertising material. We were stranded at the first stop (when the bus left without us), and had to pay taxi fee of over $50 for a ride back to our vehicle! When trying to remedy the situation, we were shuffled from one agent to another... noone clearly wanting to handle the situation. After finally getting our credit card company involved, there was some action. Also, Vacations Made Easy never indicated the amount of their "processing fees". The most helpful manager in this disappointing situation was Karyn in Pigeon Forge. She was understanding and helpful in trying to resolve the situation.
If I have to go through this again I doubt that I will book again. This is very annoying to have to do this before I can submit.

It was easy to book the Adrenaline 2.0 show presented by Le Grand Cirque at Broadway at the Beach Theater. The response from Vacations Made Easy was very prompt and professional. The person who called me was courteous and asked it there was anything else they could assist me with and did I have any questions. Thank you.
