Quick and easy. Had question about how to get the tickets. Called customer service to realize I had to pick them up.
We purchased a 40 minute helicopter ride out of the Clearwater, Florida airport as a christmas gift for our 83 year old parents. When they arrived the day of the flight they were told it was only a 10 minute ride. I tried several times to call Vacations Made Easy. They transferred me to customer service that couldn't help. Finally gave me another 800 number. When I fianly spoke to a live person they confirmed it was a 40 minute ride for $385.71. Then later that day another customer service person called backed and said no that the website said it was $1000. 00 for a 40 minute ride. Which was a lie. Do not use this wedsite... this company! It is a SCAM!

Easy check out. I don't like that I have to go pick up my vouchers and they are not emailed to me. I am arriving late on the 17th, so I don't know where that leaves me with the hotel voucher. I am hoping that the hotel has the accommodations already in the system when I get there.

It was very easy to book and we are looking forward to our visit. It eliminated higher priced rooms but still put us where we wanted to stay that was walkable.
