The process was efficient and the website was easy to navigate
I booked 2 events the 1st one was correct but the 2nd event was the wrong time and I wasn't aware until I arrived for the event that the event was earlier than I clicked on and when I picked up the vouchers the lady printing them knew the time on vouchers were for the event already in progress and failed to say anything other than you have a good day. I called back to VME office and the next lady I spoke too was very rude and basically told me it wasn't her problem.
Very easy to use. Was disappointed that the tickers were not actually e mailed that we have to pick them up

I booked an excursion for my family to be used while we were on vacation on September 19th. At the end of August I realized I didn't have a confirmation so I called. They had booked it for August 19th and not only that they had my phone # wrong AND my email address wrong so they had no way of contacting me. They refused me a refund on the grounds that they would have confirmed the date on the phone. When pressed they acknowledge they would have verified the email and phone # also. In short they got the date wrong, they got my email address wrong AND they got my phone # wrong. The only thing they got right was my credit card information to bill me. I have filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the US Attorney's Office and am awaiting results.
