Very simple to buy tickets online. The whole package was great. Simple to set up. But please check out the hotels because ours was very bad and you advertise an indoor pool which they have never had. We had to do their work for them, no room service had to put towels out side the door and last night there we received none in return. Asked for wake up call, didn't get so missed breakfest. I am handicapped have a hard time walking. We were put on the 3rd floor very last room 322. When I asked about the distance to the room, was informed that i was a third party guest i would have to take it up with them. The ease of booking room and tickets was great. But was treated like third rate trash by the hotel. I will use Vacations made easy again but will call the hotel to ask questions on their service.

I purchased tickets to a magician/comedy show in Myrtle Beach whose price advertised everywhere was $40 for adult and $16.95 per child per ticket plus related taxes. I purchased 7 adults and 1 child. Vacations Made Easy did NOT have any prices on its website which I missed. BEWARE of them. Each ticket ended up costing me $52.65 per adult and $39.95 for the child. PRICE GAUGERS! Their only solution, if I wanted to cancel, was a gift card to them for the full price (why would I ever buy from them again!) or 65% of my purchase price back on my card. NEVER AGAIN! I cannot upload a proof of purchase because NONE of the emails sent to me have any price detail on them at all. Just a $408.49 charge shows up on my Mastercard.
Everything went well and the experience was fun! We enjoyed the historical information on the tour.

Nice and easy. Was not expecting to be offered a 7 night vacation if we stayed overnight.
Started to order tickets but got pulled away before finishing. Found the website again and started over. When I went to checkout, it had my previous inquiry and asked if I wanted both dates or only one of the 2 dates shown. I couldn't find the original date available again but they had it in checkout from 1st attempted order. Kudos to them
